【摘要】：正教学管理机制是高校保持生机的基础与源泉,因此高校教学管理机制的创新是非常重要的。《大学课程教学与管理》一书提出,高校的教学管理改革,最终目的是为了进行素质教育与创新教育,发挥学生在教学中的主体作用,有效激发学生潜能,使得学生能够个性化发展,以便培养适应社会需要的创新型人才。《大学课程教学与管理》一书首先对高校教学管理的现状进行了分析。目前高校不断扩招,高校在校生人数日益庞大的同时,网络的广泛使用使得学生在思想观念和心理以及价值观方面都受到各个方面的影响而呈现多元化发展态
