【摘要】：随着社会环境的深刻变化,大学生的竞争压力逐渐加大,这在一定程度上加重了他们的心理负荷,使他们出现了不同程度的心理困扰。高校学生干部作为大学生的特殊群体,由于其处于双重角色,面临学习和工作双重任务,也极易出现各种各样的心理问题。而如何培育高校学生干部良好的心理素质,更好地发挥他们在大学生中的积极带头作用,已经成为当前大学生思想政治教育和心理健康教育理论研究和实践研究的重要课题。本文主要采用了三种研究方法,分别是文献研究法、问卷调查法和分析归纳法。首先,阐述了问题的选题依据,梳理了国内外关于高校学生干部心理素质的研究概况。其次,在借鉴学界研究成果基础上,概括阐述高校学生干部、心理素质、良好心理素质的含义、结构、特征,以及培育高校学生干部良好心理素质的重要性。再次,通过问卷调查归纳出当前高校学生干部心理素质存在的问题,并进行原因分析。最后,阐述了高校学生干部良好心理素质培育的对策,包括确立心理素质培育的原则、丰富心理素质培育的内容、建立心理管理制度、营造心理素质培育环境、拓宽心理素质培育的渠道。本论文通过对高校学生干部良好心理素质培育的相关研究,充分发挥学生干部群体在大学生思想政治教育中的积极作用,进一步提升大学生思想政治教育的有效性和实效性,促进高校思想政治教育的全面发展。
[Abstract]:With the profound changes in the social environment, the competitive pressure of college students gradually increased, which to some extent increased their psychological burden. College student cadres, as a special group of college students, are faced with the dual tasks of study and work because of their dual roles. It is easy to appear all kinds of psychological problems, and how to cultivate the good psychological quality of college student cadres, and better play their positive role in the leading role of college students. Has become the current ideological and political education and mental health education in the theoretical and practical research of an important subject. This paper mainly adopts three research methods, respectively, literature research method. First of all, it expounds the basis of the topic, combing the domestic and foreign research on the psychological quality of college student cadres. Secondly, on the basis of the academic research results. This paper summarizes the meaning, structure and characteristics of college student cadres, psychological quality and good psychological quality, as well as the importance of cultivating good psychological quality of college student cadres. This paper sums up the problems existing in the psychological quality of college student cadres through questionnaires, and analyzes the causes. Finally, it expounds the countermeasures of cultivating the good psychological quality of college student cadres. It includes establishing the principle of cultivating psychological quality, enriching the content of cultivation of psychological quality, establishing the system of psychological management and creating the environment of cultivating psychological quality. Through the research on the cultivation of good psychological quality of college student cadres, this paper gives full play to the positive role of student cadres in the ideological and political education of college students. Further improve the effectiveness and effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students, and promote the overall development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
