【摘要】:随着海外留学归国人数的不断攀升,海归就业陷入窘境的问题也日益凸显。依据对6名海归和6家用人单位人力资源管理者的双向访谈资料,本文从劳动力供求匹配角度切入,探索性分析了海归就业难的原因。结果发现,在人力资本、社会资本、文化资本和经济资本四个方面体现出来的海归固有的精英情结与其在劳动力市场中遭遇到的社会排斥之间的匹配博弈是导致其就业难的主要原因。据此,对海归和用人单位等相关主体提出了改进建议。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of overseas students returning home, the problem of overseas returnees' employment is also increasingly prominent. Based on the two-way interview data of 6 overseas returnees and 6 employers' human resource managers. From the point of view of labor supply and demand matching, this paper explores the reasons for the difficulty in employment of overseas returnees. The results show that in human capital, social capital. The matching game between the inherent elite complex of returnees and the social exclusion in the labor market is the main reason for the difficulty of employment in the four aspects of cultural capital and economic capital. Put forward the improvement suggestion to the related main body such as the sea return and the unit of choose and employ persons.
