校园文化建设视阈下大学生创新素质教育研究

【摘要】：近年来,国家对创新逐渐重视,对创新人才逐步需求。2006年,在科学技术大会中提出了建设“创新型国家”的战略概念,党的十七大又明确强调提高自主创新力,建设创新型国家,是提升国家经济、政治、社会、军事等各方面综合实力的动力之源,是国家发展战略的内核。2015年《政府工作报告》中又提出“大众创业,万众创新”的战略发展思路。党的十八届五中全会明确提出“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五大发展理念。可以看出,增强创新发展是建设创新型国家,提高国家综合实力,增加人民福祉的关键,也是引领国家快速发展的唯一方式。高校作为培养创新人才的摇篮、训练大学生创新能力的基地,应责无旁贷的肩负起这一重担。校园文化做为高校文化内涵的外在表现,对大学生创新素质有着潜移默化的影响,同时大学生创新素质教育也需要校园文化建设作为支撑,只有校园文化建设的有效规范,积极向上,大学生创新素质教育才会更好地开展。因此,在校园文化建设视阈下对大学生创新素质教育进行研究是很有必要的。本文先从校园文化和创新素质的基础定义研究入手,分别阐述校园文化的内涵与功能,创新素质的内涵与构成要素。其次分析了大学生创新素质教育的研究意义与校园文化在大学生创新素质教育中的作用。再次分析了校园文化建设中开展大学生创新素质教育的现状和探讨了当前取得的成效及存在的普遍性问题,并探究其原因,主要是因为物质文化建设未跟上创新主题,制度文化建设不健全,网络文化的正确引导未形成,精神文化定位偏差,缺乏创新特色等方面,因此基于上述原因,最后本文提出了校园文化建设要更好地为大学生创新素质服好务,应该从完善物质文化建设,营造大学生创新素质环境,健全制度文化建设,筑牢大学生创新平台,打造网络文化,为大学生创新素质培养提供新的教育模式,正确定位精神文化,确保其为创新素质服务等方面的实践路径。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the state has gradually attached importance to innovation and gradually demanded innovative talents. In 2006, the strategic concept of building an "innovative country" was put forward in the Congress of Science and Technology. The Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly emphasized the improvement of independent innovation and the construction of an innovative country, which was the source of power for improving the comprehensive strength of the national economy, politics, society, military and so on. It is the kernel of the national development strategy. In 2015, the government work report put forward the strategic development thought of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation". The Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee clearly put forward "innovation, coordination, green." It can be seen that enhancing innovation and development is the key to building an innovative country, improving the comprehensive strength of the country, and increasing the well-being of the people. It is also the only way to lead the rapid development of the country. Colleges and universities as the cradle of training innovative talents, training the base of innovative ability of college students. Campus culture, as the external manifestation of the cultural connotation of colleges and universities, has a subtle influence on the innovative quality of college students. At the same time, the college students' innovative quality education also needs the campus culture construction as the support, only the campus culture construction effective standard, the positive progress, the university student innovation quality education will carry out better. Therefore. It is necessary to study the innovative quality education of college students from the perspective of campus culture construction. This paper starts with the basic definition of campus culture and innovative quality, and expounds the connotation and function of campus culture respectively. Secondly, this paper analyzes the significance of the research on the innovative quality education of college students and the role of campus culture in the innovative quality education of college students. It also analyzes the innovation of college students in the construction of campus culture. The present situation of the new quality education and the current achievements and the existing problems of universality are discussed. And explore its reasons, mainly because the material culture construction has not kept up with the innovative theme, the system culture construction is not perfect, the network culture correct guidance has not formed, the spiritual culture orientation deviation, lacks the innovation characteristic and so on. Therefore, based on the above reasons, this paper finally puts forward that the construction of campus culture to better serve the innovative quality of college students, we should improve the material and cultural construction, and create an environment for college students' innovative quality. Improve the construction of institutional culture, build a solid innovation platform for college students, create network culture, provide a new educational model for the cultivation of college students' innovative quality, and correctly position the spiritual culture. To ensure its innovative quality service and other aspects of the practice path.
