高校内部治理的学生参与机制研究

【摘要】：大学生参与治理对于维护学校内部治理结构的稳定性起到至关重要的作用,同时也可以保障学校的民主决策与提高大学生的责任感与主人翁精神。文章将学生的参与治理机制划分为运行机制、激励机制和保障机制等三个部分,分析了我国大学学生参与治理机制中存在的问题,提出完善学生参与治理机制的路径。
[Abstract]:The participation of college students in governance plays a vital role in maintaining the stability of the school internal governance structure. At the same time, it can also guarantee the democratic decision-making of the school and improve the sense of responsibility and ownership of college students. The article divides the governance mechanism of students' participation into three parts: the operational mechanism, the incentive mechanism and the guarantee mechanism. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the mechanism of university students' participation in governance in China, and puts forward the path to perfect the mechanism of student participation in governance.
