德国大学均衡传统的没落与改革的兴起

【摘要】：随着二战后德国大学的衰落,一向被德国人奉为圭臬的均衡主义受到质疑。21世纪"卓越计划"的出台被认为是德国大学等级分化加剧的开端。然而,回顾德国大学的均衡传统以及"卓越计划"的发展轨迹不难发现,自19世纪初德国大学崭露头角开始,其高等教育的等级差异就已经存在。德国大学的层级金字塔是内生于传统与现实磨合过程中的必然产物,而不是对均衡传统的彻底颠覆。换言之,德国大学等级分化趋势有其深厚的历史渊源。
[Abstract]:With the decline of German universities after World War II, the introduction of the 21st Century "Excellence Plan", which has long been regarded as a German standard, is seen as the beginning of a growing hierarchy of German universities. Looking back at the balanced tradition of German universities and the trajectory of the "Plan of Excellence", it is not difficult to find that since the beginning of 19th century, the emergence of German universities has begun, The hierarchical pyramid of German universities is an inevitable product of the process of bringing tradition into harmony with reality, rather than a complete reversal of balanced tradition. In other words, The trend of grade differentiation in German universities has its profound historical origin.
