我国“双一流”大学建设的“道”与“术”

【摘要】："道"是认知层面的本质规律和理念精神,"术"是实践层面的方法技巧和操作手段,二者共同构成了高等教育组织的椭圆形焦点。"双一流"建设需要一流的高等教育管控驾驭之"术",但更需要符合高等教育之"道"的价值信仰和文化氛围。只有各相关主体,在实践层面实现了"双一流"建设的"道"、"术"结合,国家的顶层设计和宏伟蓝图魂体归一,我国的高等教育发展才能真正走上一条具有中国特色,世界水平的理性之路。
[Abstract]:"Tao" is the essential law and idea spirit of cognition, and "skill" is the method, skill and operation means of practice. Both of them constitute the oval focus of higher education organization. The construction of "double first-class" needs the "skill" of first-class higher education control and control, but it also needs the value belief and cultural atmosphere that accord with the "Tao" of higher education. On the practical level, we have realized the combination of "Tao" and "skill" in the construction of "double first-class", and the national top-level design and grand blueprint, so that the development of higher education in our country can really embark on a rational road with Chinese characteristics and world level.
