庄子人格思想与大学生理想人格塑造研究

【摘要】：新世纪以来,由于大学生文化水平的不断提高,大学生的整体素质有了很大的提升,但是大学生的自身修养却是参差不齐,在人格方面出现了许多问题,面临着各种挑战。这些问题集中体现在大学生当前物化人格凸显,过于注重对物欲的追求,而忽视了自身的精神追求。随着对大学生物化人格问题的不断深入研究,塑造大学生理想人格就成为当前大学生成才教育的重大课题。随着市场经济的发展,人生观上的物欲主义和价值观上的虚无主义,给大学生带来的冲击日渐增大,成为大学生成才道路上的障碍,导致大学生在成才过程中出现了各种问题。总结这些问题我们可以把它们集中归纳为大学生物化人格的形成和泛滥,即缺少对生命和自然的敬畏之心,过分追求虚名；以自我为中心,缺乏合作意识和诚信意识;过度追逐本我,严重的利己主义认知和行为；沉迷于虚幻世界不能自拔,缺少大学生应有的社会担当等等。研究中华民族优秀传统文化,庄子是一位不可遗漏的人物。他的思想不仅对中国古代社会的影响是巨大的,而且对当代社会大学生理想人格塑造,促进大学生成才同样具有重要意义。庄子的人格思想是庄子哲学的重要内容,文章将集中探讨庄子的人格思想,将庄子人格思想中的精华引入大学生成才教育的的培养当中,并且更加注重庄子的人格思想的实践价值,充分发挥它在当代大学生塑造理想人格中的指导和借鉴作用,进而使大学生学会正确的对待个人和社会、个人和他人及人自身的关系问题,提高自身的内在素养,为自身成才奠定良好基础,以促进自身全面发展。
[Abstract]:Since the new century, due to the continuous improvement of college students' cultural level, the overall quality of college students has been greatly improved, but the self-cultivation of college students is uneven, and there are many problems in personality. Faced with all kinds of challenges, these problems are embodied in the current materialized personality of college students, paying too much attention to the pursuit of material desire, but neglecting their own spiritual pursuit. Shaping the ideal personality of college students has become a major issue in the education of college students. With the development of the market economy, the impact of materialism and nihilism on outlook on life on college students is increasing day by day. To become an obstacle on the path of college students to become a talent, leading to the emergence of a variety of problems in the process of college students. To sum up these problems, we can concentrate on the formation and proliferation of materialized personality of college students. That is, lack of reverence for life and nature, excessive pursuit of false fame; egocentric, lack of sense of cooperation and integrity; excessive pursuit of the ego, serious egoistic cognition and behavior; and indulgence in the fantasy world. Zhuangzi is an indispensable figure in studying the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation. His thoughts not only have a great influence on the ancient Chinese society, It is also of great significance to shape the ideal personality of college students in contemporary society and to promote the development of college students. The personality thought of Zhuangzi is an important part of Zhuangzi's philosophy, and the article will focus on the personality thought of Zhuangzi. The essence of Zhuangzi's personality thought is introduced into the cultivation of college students' personality education, and the practical value of Zhuangzi's personality thought is paid more attention to, so as to give full play to its guiding and referential role in shaping the ideal personality of contemporary college students. So that college students learn to deal with the relationship between individuals and society, individuals and others and themselves, improve their own internal accomplishment, and lay a good foundation for their own development, in order to promote their overall development.
