民国时期大学本土化转型的动因及策略例析

【摘要】:自20世纪20年代中期开始,中国的大学普遍经历了一个从"舶来品"向本土化转型的过程。这一现象的实质是社会产生高级人才需求的背景下,大学通过调整自身定位,与地方谋求协同发展的过程。以南开大学为例,该校在创办之初仍因袭对西方大学完全移植的办学思路,但很快便在天津城市产业升级的新形势下显出不适;随后籍由调整学科及学制、改革教学方式和内容、减少教师授课时间、产学研合作等本土化措施,成功融入天津的城市发展轨道,实现了从引进西方学术的传习所到现代大学的转型。
[Abstract]:Since the middle of 1920s, universities in China have generally experienced a process of transition from "imported goods" to "localization". The essence of this phenomenon is that under the background of social demand for high-level talents, universities adjust their own position. Taking Nankai University as an example, at the beginning of its establishment, the university still inherited the idea of completely transplanting western universities, but soon became uncomfortable in the new situation of the upgrading of Tianjin city industry. Subsequently, by adjusting the discipline and academic system, reforming the teaching methods and contents, reducing the teaching time of teachers and cooperation between production, learning and research, and so on, they successfully integrated into the urban development track of Tianjin. It has realized the transformation from the introduction of western academic learning institutions to modern universities.
