大学内部治理体系现代化:理念、路径及内容

【摘要】:大学内部治理体系是相对于外部因素而言,是指在协商、互动、合作、共赢等理念的统领下,由治理的主体、机制、内容和效果等要素构成的有机的、整体的、动态的制度及其运行系统,其核心理念是共治、法治、善治。大学内部治理在路径选择上要实现由单边主导向多元共治转变、由法制向法治转变、由科层管制向人文善治转变,其体系内容包括治校理念的现代化、治理主体的多元化、治理机制的科学化、治理过程的法治化。
[Abstract]:Relative to external factors, the internal governance system of a university is an organic, integral one, which is composed of the main body, mechanism, content and effect of governance under the control of the concepts of consultation, interaction, cooperation, win-win, etc. The core idea of dynamic system and its operation system is co-governance, rule of law and good government.The internal governance of a university should change from unilateral leading to pluralistic co-governance, from legal system to rule by law, from branch control to humane good governance. The contents of the system include the modernization of the idea of governing the school, the diversification of the main body of governance, the scientization of the governance mechanism and the rule of law in the process of governance.
