德国应用科学大学与企业合作办学的运行机制研究

【摘要】：作为德国高等教育体系三大支柱之一的德国应用科学大学,于1960-1970年间崛起。在经过了近半个世纪的潜心发展,一套相对纯熟的办学体系已经初具规模,与企业合作办学是其独具特色的人才培养模式,也是其成功的办学经验之一。和企业合作办学的模式不仅为德国社会和企业培养出了许多优秀的高层次的应用技术型人才,也为德国经济的崛起和飞速发展做出了巨大贡献。目前我国就业市场体现出来的突出问题——就业结构失衡,一方面是大学毕业生就业难,找不到合适的工作;另一方面是企业招聘不到合适的应用技术型人才。这种现象说明了一个突出问题,即我国高等教育的人才培养结构和企业的发展结构不适应,产生了错位的问题。所以,现阶段对高等教育进行改革,对高等教育进行分类管理,使之形成与企业发展结构相适应的高等教育人才培养结构刻不容缓。在上述大背景下,本论文以德国应用科学大学为研究对象,对其发展历程及办学特色进行了简要分析和介绍,对其与企业合作办学的运行机制进行了系统研究,总结和借鉴其成功经验,对照我国地方本科院校当前转型发展过程中出现的问题,找出地方本科院校向应用科学大学转型发展的有效途径。
[Abstract]:The German University of Applied Science, one of the three pillars of Germany's higher education system, rose from 1960 to 1970. After nearly half a century of development, a relatively sophisticated school system has begun to take shape. Cooperating with enterprises in running schools is not only its unique talent training mode, but also its successful experience in running schools. The mode of running schools in cooperation with enterprises has not only cultivated many excellent high level applied technology talents for German society and enterprises. It has also made a great contribution to the rise and rapid development of German economy. At present, the employment structure is out of balance in China's employment market. On the one hand, it is difficult for college graduates to find suitable jobs. On the other hand, enterprises cannot recruit suitable applied technical talents. This phenomenon shows a prominent problem, that is, the talent training structure of higher education in our country is not suitable for the development structure of enterprises. At present, the reform of higher education and the management of higher education should be carried out in order to form a talent training structure of higher education suitable to the structure of enterprise development. This paper takes the German University of Applied Science as the research object, briefly analyzes and introduces its development process and characteristics, makes a systematic study on the operation mechanism of its cooperation with enterprises, and summarizes and draws lessons from its successful experience. In contrast to the problems in the process of transformation and development of local colleges and universities in China, the effective ways for the transformation and development from local universities to universities of applied science are found out.
