高等教育的成层机制与社会流动功能的发挥

【摘要】:高等教育成层机制的形成不仅在于功能理论视角下高等教育通过教授专业技术与冲突理论视域中高等教育通过传递身份文化实现社会分层两种路径的结合,更依凭于高等教育自身的依附型、自主型两种不同性质与地位型、生存型两种不同类型所扮演的角色。依附型高等教育通过经济依附、文化依附等途径实现社会阶层的再制,已替代自主型高等教育的独立性及其流动功能成为我国高等教育的典型特征。而地位型、生存型两类高等教育成层功能的发挥受制于依附型高等教育,并通过文化资本、体制性资源等差异塑造社会分层与区隔。为改变由依附型、地位型高等教育所形成的阶层固化,发挥高等教育促成社会流动的功能,须进行招生、教学、就业、经费筹措、资助等制度上的调整,以及建构相互平等、相互交流、和谐共生的阶层文化关系等文化上的革新。
[Abstract]:The formation mechanism of the higher education level is not only higher education from the perspective of functional theory by Professor of higher education of professional technology and theory from the perspective of the conflict with the transfer of identity culture to realize the social stratification of two paths, more by their own higher education self dependent, two kinds of different nature and status, played by survival two different types of roles. Depending on type of higher education through economic dependence, culture to realize the social reproduction, has replaced the autonomy of higher education independence and mobility function as typical characteristics of higher education in our country. And the survival status, two kinds of higher education layer function subject to attachment in higher education, and through the cultural capital, the difference of system resources to shape the social stratification and segment. In order to change by the attachment order layer formed by the status of Higher Education To solidify and bring into play the function of higher education in promoting social mobility, we must carry out cultural adjustment in enrollment, teaching, employment, financing and funding, as well as cultural innovation such as building equal and mutual communication, and harmonious social class cultural relations.
