个体化社会下的大学生道德责任培育研究

【摘要】：道德责任是当今社会的一个热门话题,它是我国道德规范体系的一个重要组成部分,既衡量着个体道德觉悟和道德水平,也衡量着一个社会的道德状况。我国当代社会正在呈现出分化与个体化的特征,个体化社会不可避免地对高校学生思想造成了冲击,同时也对高校德育工作提出了新的挑战,加强当代大学生的道德责任教育已经刻不容缓。论文首先运用文献法,将国内外关于大学生道德责任培育及个体化社会问题的相关研究进行了系统的梳理。研究以本科大学生为对象,以个体化社会为视角,采用自编问卷和个别访谈的方法对大学生道德责任现状进行了实证研究,研究发现大学生道德责任的整体状况是良好的,但存在着道德认知不清晰、道德情感不坚定、道德能力不足和道德行为不规范的问题,并且在政治面貌、年级、专业上存在较为显著的差异。从自身、家庭、高校和社会这四个方面分析并提出建议:主抓校园阵地,强化大学生道德责任认知;加强社会实践,坚定大学生道德责任情感;提高自身修养,增强大学生道德责任能力;净化社会环境,规范大学生道德责任行为的培育路径。
[Abstract]:Moral responsibility is a hot topic in today's society. It is an important part of the moral standard system of our country. It not only measures the individual moral consciousness and moral level, It also measures the moral status of a society. Our contemporary society is showing the characteristics of differentiation and individualization. The individualized society inevitably impacts the thought of college students, and at the same time puts forward new challenges to the moral education work in colleges and universities. It is urgent to strengthen the moral responsibility education of contemporary college students. The research on moral responsibility cultivation and individualized social problems of college students at home and abroad is systematically combed. The research takes undergraduate students as the object and individualized society as the visual angle. This paper makes an empirical study on the status quo of college students' moral responsibility by means of self-made questionnaires and individual interviews. The study finds that the overall situation of college students' moral responsibility is good, but there is a lack of clear moral cognition and moral emotion. There are significant differences in the political outlook, grade and specialty. This paper analyzes and puts forward some suggestions from four aspects of oneself, family, university and society. Strengthen the cognition of moral responsibility of college students; strengthen social practice, strengthen the emotion of moral responsibility of college students; improve self-cultivation, enhance the ability of moral responsibility of college students; purify the social environment, standardize the cultivation path of moral responsibility behavior of college students.
