地方高校转型发展中的问题及改进路径研究

【摘要】：目前我国正处于经济结构与产业结构转型升级的关键时期,可以说,经济社会转型期既需要学术型人才更需要应用型人才。在我国高等教育迈入大众化阶段之后,仍然固守着精英教育时代单一的学术型人才培养模式,忘却了大众化时代高等教育多元化使命,特别是地方高校。本研究以地方高校转型发展为主题,以提供应用型人才及促进地方高校内涵式发展为最终目标,在借鉴国外应用技术型大学经验及对国内外高等教育大众化理论、院校发展理论、区域经济理论、知识转型理论等相关理论研究成果进行系统钻研的基础上,通过问卷调查法,从办学定位、学科专业建设、人才培养、校企合作、科学研究、师资队伍、高校管理等维度对地方高校在转型发展的现状及发展中存在的问题进行了结构性考察,并通过定量研究方法分析问题存在的原因,最后针对地方转型高校提出了改进建议。本研究共分为四章:首先为引言部分。对研究缘起、研究意义、研究目的、文献综述、研究内容、研究方法及研究思路等进行了系统的阐述,为本研究做了系统的知识梳理及准备,初步形成地方高校转型发展的研究维度。其次为深入探究地方高校转型发展的理论基础,第二章先对地方高校、转型、地方高校转型发展等核心概念做了论述;紧接着详细阐述了地方高校转型发展的相关理论:高等教育大众化理论、院校研究理论、高等教育发展与区域经济理论及知识转型理论,明确了地方高校转型发展已成为一股势不可挡的历史洪流,并为后续研究奠定了理论基础。而后为更深入了解地方高校在转型发展中的现状及存在的问题,第三章通过综合运用文献法、问卷调查法等搜集资料的方法,获取了高校发展状况的基本数据,并对这些数据进行了量化统计分析,描述了地方高校转型发展的实然状况,明晰了地方高校在转型发展中存在的问题、相关影响因素及其作用机理,从而为转型高校改进路径提供了证据。最后针对地方转型高校存在的问题,第四章主要从办学定位、学科专业建设、人才培养、科学研究、师资队伍、高校管理等维度提出了改进路径。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the critical period of economic structure and industrial structure transformation and upgrading. It can be said that in the period of economic and social transformation, academic talents are needed as well as applied talents. It still adheres to the single academic talent training mode in the elite education era and forgets the diversified mission of higher education in the popular era, especially the local universities. This research focuses on the transformation and development of local colleges and universities. With the aim of providing applied talents and promoting the connotation development of local colleges and universities, the author draws lessons from the experience of foreign applied technology universities and the theory of popularization of higher education at home and abroad, the theory of college development, and the theory of regional economy. On the basis of systematic research on related theoretical research results such as the theory of knowledge transformation, and through the method of questionnaire, from the orientation of running a school, the construction of discipline and specialty, the cultivation of talents, the cooperation between schools and enterprises, scientific research, teaching staff, This paper makes a structural investigation on the status quo and problems existing in the transformation and development of local colleges and universities from the perspectives of university management, and analyzes the causes of the problems by means of quantitative research methods. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the improvement of local universities and colleges. This research is divided into four chapters: the first part is the introduction, which is the origin, significance, purpose, literature review, research content, The research methods and research ideas are systematically expounded, and the systematic knowledge combing and preparation is made for this study, which initially forms the research dimension of the transformation and development of local colleges and universities. Secondly, the theoretical basis of the transformation and development of local colleges and universities is deeply explored. The second chapter discusses the core concepts of local colleges and universities, transformation and development of local colleges and universities, and then expounds the relevant theories of the transformation and development of local colleges and universities in detail: the theory of popularization of higher education, the theory of college research, and so on. The development of higher education, the theory of regional economy and the theory of knowledge transformation have made it clear that the transformation and development of local colleges and universities has become an irresistible historical torrent. Then in order to understand the status quo and existing problems of local colleges and universities in the transformation and development, the third chapter through the comprehensive use of literature, questionnaire survey and other methods to collect information. This paper obtains the basic data of the development of colleges and universities, and makes a quantitative statistical analysis of these data, describes the actual situation of the transformation and development of local colleges and universities, and clarifies the problems existing in the transformation and development of local colleges and universities. The related influencing factors and their action mechanism provide evidence for the improvement path of the transforming colleges and universities. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the local transforming colleges and universities, the 4th chapter mainly focuses on the orientation of running schools, the construction of disciplines and specialties, the cultivation of talents, and scientific research. The teaching staff, the management of colleges and universities, and so on, put forward the improvement path.
