高校女研究生的择业心态及其引导研究

【摘要】：高校女研究生是我国人力资源的重要组成部分,就业状况不仅关系个人的前途命运,而且还涉及高校的持续发展,甚至是社会的和谐稳定。众所周知,随着高等教育的大众化,研究生特别是高校女研究生面临着严峻的就业形势。伴随着就业难的问题的产生,高校女研究生的择业心态也出现了新的情况和问题,甚至一些学生的心态表现出明显的不适应,这势必会影响到女研究生的顺利就业。因此,深入研究高校女研究生的择业心态的现状并加以引导就显得非常重要。高校女研究生择业心态是指在当前社会的大背景下女研究生对自己的职业能力进行审视,以寻求适合自我发展的职业的过程中所产生的心理活动状态,包括择业认知、情绪以及意志等心理过程。把握积极的择业心态是就业成功的重要因素,因此引导高校女研究生树立正确的、积极的择业心态不仅是女研究生顺利实现就业及健康发展的必然要求,而且也有利于高校人才培养目标的实现及高校校园和谐稳定的环境的形成,甚至会对社会人力资源的合理配置及社会关系的和谐稳定产生积极的影响。择业心态的形成不是与生俱来的,而是一个受社会、学校、家庭以及自身等主客观因素影响的复杂过程。在具体的调查研究中发现,女研究生择业心态出现择业认知逐渐成熟,择业情绪比较稳定,择业意志有所增强,择业价值取向趋于理性等积极特点的同时,也表现出了择业认知存在偏差,择业不良情绪有所突显,择业意志力有待增强,择业价值取向存在功利化等消极的特点。这些不良的择业心态在一定程度上会影响女研究生的就业。因此,针对女研究生择业心态出现的不良现象,并在分析原因的基础上,从形势政策、思想教育、就业指导以及心理辅导四个方面指出了引导女研究生树立正确择业心态的举措:加强形势政策引导,更新女研究生择业观念;注重思想政治教育,引导女研究生树立正确择业观;优化高校就业指导,改善女研究生消极择业心态以及开展择业心理辅导,提高女研究生择业自信心,从而引导女研究生树立正确的择业心态。
[Abstract]:Female graduate students in colleges and universities are an important part of human resources in our country. The employment situation not only relates to the future and destiny of individuals, but also involves the sustainable development of colleges and universities, and even the harmony and stability of society. As we all know, with the popularization of higher education, Graduate students, especially female graduate students in colleges and universities, are facing a severe employment situation. With the emergence of difficult employment problems, the mentality of female graduate students in colleges and universities is also facing new situations and problems. Even some students' mentality shows obvious inadaptability, which is bound to affect the smooth employment of female graduate students. It is very important to study the present situation and guide of female graduate students' career choice mentality in colleges and universities, which means that female graduate students examine their professional ability under the background of the current society. In order to find the psychological activity state in the process of finding a career suitable for self-development, including the psychological process of job choice cognition, emotion and will, it is an important factor to obtain employment success to grasp the positive attitude of choosing a career. Therefore, guiding female graduate students to set up a correct and positive attitude of choosing a career is not only the inevitable requirement for the successful employment and healthy development of female graduate students. And it is also conducive to the realization of the goal of talent training in colleges and universities and the formation of a harmonious and stable environment on the campus of colleges and universities. It will even have a positive impact on the rational allocation of social human resources and the harmony and stability of social relations. The formation of a career choice mentality is not innate, but rather a society and a school. The complex process of subjective and objective factors such as family and itself. In the specific investigation and research, it is found that the female graduate students' attitude towards career choice gradually matures, the mood of career choice is relatively stable, and the will to choose a career is strengthened. While the value orientation of choosing a job tends to be rational and so on, it also shows that there is a bias in the cognition of choosing a job, the bad mood of choosing a job is prominent, and the willpower of choosing a career needs to be strengthened. There are some negative characteristics such as utilitarianism and so on in the value orientation of choosing jobs. To some extent, these bad attitude of choosing jobs will affect the employment of female graduate students. Therefore, aiming at the bad phenomenon of female postgraduates' attitude of choosing jobs, and on the basis of analyzing the reasons, From four aspects of situation policy, ideological education, employment guidance and psychological guidance, this paper points out the measures to guide female graduate students to set up a correct attitude towards career choice: to strengthen the guidance of situation and policy, to renew the concept of female graduate students' career choice, and to pay attention to ideological and political education.
