当代大学生党员发挥先锋模范作用的现状及对策研究

【摘要】：大学生党员作为党组织中的特殊群体,是优化党员队伍结构的新生力量,也是加强党的先进性建设的重要力量。党章明确规定共产党员要充分发挥先锋模范作用,作为新时代的大学生党员,其先锋模范作用的发挥不仅是高校基层党建工作的重要标尺,更是增强党组织凝聚力和战斗力的重要保证。尤其是在党中央大力加强党的先进性和纯洁性建设、大刀阔斧地进行反腐倡廉以及“三严三实”、“两学一做”等有关党员教育活动开展的今天,大学生党员先锋模范作用的发挥有着更为重要的实践意义。但是现实中由于各方面的影响,部分大学生党员未能树立先进典型,未能充分发挥先锋模范作用,所以新时期继续探讨如何更好地发挥大学生党员的先锋模范作用有着客观必要性和重大的现实意义。为了解当代大学生党员先锋模范作用发挥的状况,为更好地促进大学生党员先锋模范作用的发挥,在界定大学生党员先锋模范作用的标准的基础上,从带头、骨干和桥梁三个方面设计了调查问卷,选取了不同类型大学的党员和非党员作为调查对象,分析总结了大学生党员发挥先锋模范作用的状况。大学生党员发挥先锋模范作用的总体状况是好的,但是部分大学生党员仍存在政治立场不坚定、理想信念淡化、组织纪律性不强、责任奉献意识淡薄等问题。这不仅是由于大学生党员的党员角色认知度低,价值选择与党的最高价值取向相背离,进取拼搏精神缺乏,责任感和历史使命感淡化,而且还是高校对大学生党员疏于教育管理导致的结果。高校在对大学生党员继续教育的态度、教育的内容和方式、大学生党支部建设、长效机制的构建方面存在不完善的地方,以及社会中各种矛盾冲突、市场经济的弊端以及网络信息化带来的冲击都影响着大学生党员正确价值观的形成和价值取向的选择。为此要紧密结合各个高校在学生党建工作方面的创造性实践,从大学生党员、高校及高校党委三个角度出发,为更好地促进大学生党员先锋模范作用的发挥提供行之有效的方法策略。首先大学生党员需要不断增强党员意识,强化自律意识、信念意识、党章意识、责任意识、创新意识、作为意识,以此来提高发挥先锋模范作用的觉悟和水平。其次高校要为大学生党员的学习与成长创造和谐的校园环境和健康的网络环境。最后高校党委要继续加强对大学生党员的教育,为他们提供顾问咨询服务,组织经验交流会,完善奖惩和监督机制,为他们搭建发挥先锋模范作用的平台。
[Abstract]:College student party members, as a special group in the party organization, are the new forces to optimize the structure of the party members and an important force to strengthen the advanced nature of the party. The Party Constitution clearly stipulates that the Communist Party members should give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role. As a college member in the new era, its vanguard and exemplary role is not only an important yardstick for the Party building work at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities, It is also an important guarantee to enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the party organizations. In particular, in the party Central Committee, we should vigorously strengthen the advanced nature and purity of the party. Today, when the education activities on party members, such as "three strict and three facts", "two schools and one act", are carried out in a drastic way to combat corruption and promote clean government, It has more important practical significance to play the pioneering and exemplary role of college student party members. However, due to the influence of various aspects in reality, some college student party members fail to set up advanced models and give full play to the exemplary role of pioneers. Therefore, in the new period, it is necessary and important to continue to explore how to better play the vanguard and exemplary role of college student party members. In order to understand the current situation of the pioneering and exemplary role of college student party members, In order to better promote the exemplary role of the party members of college students, on the basis of defining the standard of the exemplary role of the party members, the questionnaire is designed from three aspects: leading, backbone and bridge. This paper selects the Party members and non-party members of different types of universities as the objects of investigation, and analyzes and summarizes the situation of the college students' party members playing the vanguard and exemplary role. The overall situation of the college students' party members playing the vanguard exemplary role is good. However, some college students' party members still have some problems, such as political stand is not firm, ideals and beliefs are diluted, organization discipline is not strong, responsibility and dedication consciousness is weak, this is not only due to the low level of party members' recognition of the role of college students' party members. The value choice deviates from the highest value orientation of the Party, the spirit of enterprising struggle is lacking, the sense of responsibility and the sense of historical mission are desalinated. Moreover, it is still the result of the neglect of educational management in college students' party members. There are some imperfections in the attitude, contents and methods of continuing education of college students' party members, the construction of party branches of college students, and the construction of long-term effective mechanisms. And conflicts in society, The malpractice of the market economy and the impact of the network information all affect the formation of the correct values and the choice of the value orientation of the party members of the college students. To this end, we should closely combine the creative practice of the students' party building work in various colleges and universities. From the three angles of college students' party members, colleges and universities' party committees, this paper provides effective methods and strategies for better promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of college students' party members. First of all, college students' party members need to constantly enhance their awareness of party members. Strengthen self-discipline consciousness, belief consciousness, party constitution consciousness, responsibility consciousness, innovation consciousness, as consciousness, Secondly, colleges and universities should create a harmonious campus environment and a healthy network environment for the study and growth of party members of college students. Finally, the party committees of colleges and universities should continue to strengthen the education of party members among college students. To provide them with advisory services, organize experience exchange, improve the mechanism of rewards, penalties and supervision, and set up a platform for them to play a pioneering role model.
