高校教师对高等全纳教育的态度研究

【摘要】：高等全纳教育是保障残疾大学生受教育权利的重要途径和体现。高校教师对残疾大学生接受高等教育的态度是影响高等全纳教育发展的关键因素。通过对70名普通高校教师进行问卷调查,从教师对不同残疾类型大学生的接纳度、残疾大学生接受高等教育的形式、建设全纳型大学的重要影响因素、优惠的招生政策、如何满足残疾大学生的特殊需求以及教师对自身教学中实践全纳教育的评价六个方面综合地探讨高校教师对高等全纳教育的整体态度。从整体上看,高校教师对高等全纳教育的认识不足,非常缺乏实践全纳教育的相关知识和能力,高校相关支持体系欠缺。高校应加强全纳教育理念的宣传,增设残疾大学生服务中心,为教师和学生提供全纳教育教学管理方面的支持。
[Abstract]:Higher inclusive education is an important way to guarantee the right to education of students with disabilities. The attitude of college teachers towards higher education for disabled students is the key factor affecting the development of higher inclusive education. Teachers in colleges and universities conducted a questionnaire survey. From the teachers' acceptance of students with different types of disabilities, the form of higher education for students with disabilities, the important factors affecting the construction of inclusive universities, preferential enrollment policies, How to meet the special needs of college students with disabilities and how teachers evaluate the practice of inclusive education in their own teaching comprehensively discusses the overall attitude of college teachers towards higher inclusive education. Teachers in colleges and universities have insufficient understanding of higher inclusive education, lack of knowledge and ability to practice inclusive education, lack of relevant support system in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should strengthen the propaganda of inclusive education concept and establish service centers for disabled students. To provide teachers and students with inclusive education and teaching management support.
