“双百”人物中少数民族英模的榜样教育价值研究

【摘要】：为了促进爱国主义教育,中央组织部、中央宣传部、共青团中央等11个部门于中华人民共和国成立60周年之际,联合组织开展了“双百”人物的评选活动。“双百”人物的评选,让中华儿女感受到了在中国的革命、建设、改革的道路上,为祖国抛头颅、洒热血留下壮丽篇章的英雄模范的事迹及其精神。“双百”人物中少数民族英雄模范是民族的脊梁、时代的先锋,因此充分发挥英雄模范的榜样教育功能,深入挖掘英雄模范的榜样教育价值,引导群众树立正确的主流价值观,对于形成良好的社会示范效应具有一定的现实意义。本文首先对“双百”人物的由来与评选及“双百”人物中少数民族英雄模范事迹进行介绍,并通过典型案例深入挖掘英模在爱国爱党、勤政为民、无私奉献、与时俱进和勇于创新等方面的榜样特质;其次,进一步分析了“双百”人物中少数民族英模的理想信念的激励效应、中华民族文化认同的社会示范效应、爱国爱党的感染效应以及民族团结的号召与带动效应;接下来提出了“双百”人物中少数民族英模对于个人层面和社会层面的当代价值;最后,以北方民族大学为观测点,通过问卷调查与访谈的形式剖析当前高校大学生对“双百”人物中少数民族英模的认知度与认同度现状,从而尝试进一步探索“双百”人物中少数民族英模榜样教育价值在高校中的具体实现路径,以丰富与完善少数民族英模的榜样教育价值研究。
[Abstract]:In order to promote patriotism education, 11 departments, such as the Central Organization Department, the Central propaganda Department, the Communist Youth League Central Committee, and so on, jointly organized the selection of "double hundred" characters on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China. Let the sons and daughters of China feel the heroic deeds and spirit of exemplary heroes who have left a magnificent chapter for the motherland on the road of revolution, construction, and reform in China. Among the "double hundred" characters, the heroic role models of ethnic minorities are the backbone of the nation. The vanguard of the times, therefore, give full play to the role of role models of heroes in education, thoroughly excavate the value of model education of heroes, and guide the masses to set up correct mainstream values. It is of practical significance to form a good social demonstration effect. Firstly, this paper introduces the origin and selection of "double hundred" characters and the heroic deeds of minority nationalities in "double hundred" characters. And through the typical cases to explore the British model in the patriotic love of the party, diligent for the people, selfless dedication, with the times and the courage to innovate and other aspects of the example; secondly, Further analysis of the "double hundred" characters of the British model of the ideal and belief of the inspiration effect, the cultural identity of the Chinese nation's social demonstration effect, the patriotic love of the Party's infection effect and the call for national unity and drive effect; Then it puts forward the contemporary value of the English models of the minority nationalities among the "double hundred" characters on the individual level and the social level. Finally, taking the Northern University for nationalities as the observation point, Through the form of questionnaire survey and interview, this paper analyzes the current situation of college students' recognition and recognition of the English models of the "double hundred" characters. In order to enrich and perfect the study on the value of the English model education of minority nationality, this paper attempts to further explore the specific realization path of the value of the English model education of the minority nationality in the "double hundred" characters in colleges and universities.
