大学生对十八大以来党和国家重大政策的认同研究

【摘要】：十八大以来党和国家实施的一系列重大政策是以习近平同志为核心的党中央治国理政思想的集中体现,这些政策从人民群众的根本利益出发,具有科学性、针对性、系统性等鲜明的特点。这些政策是我们党实现对国家进行领导的重要保证,也是国家实现其治国职能的重要手段。大学生是国家建设的重要生力军,加强大学生对十八大以来党和国家政策认同的研究,一方面有利于政策效能的提高,另一方面有利于大学生政治素养的提高。本文通过实证调查发现大学生对十八大以来党和国家重大政策的整体认同度很高,表现了高度的支持和拥护,评价也比较理性。但同时,大学生对十八大以来党和国家政策的认同也存在认知不全面、理解不透彻、认同积极性有待提高等问题。本文认为大学生政治素养层次不齐、政策认同教育不到位、政策认同环境的负面性、政策执行的不足是造成大学生在政策认同上存在问题的主要原因。针对大学生在十八大以来党和国家政策认同中存在的问题,本文分别从大学生、学校教育、社会环境和政府管理四个角度入手进行思考,寻找解决问题的对策,提出通过加强高校的思想政治理论教育、提高大学生对政策认同的积极性、营造良好的政策认同环境、进一步深化政策制定的科学性和执行力等方面来提高大学生对当前党和国家政策的认同。
[Abstract]:A series of major policy implementation of the party and the country since eighteen is the embodiment of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core of the country governance idea, these policies from people's fundamental interests, is scientific, pertinence, characteristic of system and other distinctive. These policies are the important guarantee to realize the leadership of our party to the country, is also an important means to realize the functions of national country. College students are an important force of national construction, strengthen the study of College Students' Party and national policy identity since eighteen, on the one hand to improve policy effectiveness, is conducive to college students' political quality improvement. On the other hand, through empirical investigation found that college students of eighteen since the major policy of the party and the country's overall identity is very high, showing a high degree of support and evaluation is also more rational. But at the same time, college students of eighteen Since the policy of the party and the national identity are cognition is not comprehensive, without a thorough understanding of identity, enthusiasm and other issues need to be improved. The college students' political literacy level is uneven, policy identity education is not in place, the negative policy identity environment, lack of policy implementation is the main reason causing students' problems in recognition of the policy for college students. In the presence of the party and the state policy identity since eighteen, this paper separately from the students, school education, social environment and the government management of four aspects of thinking, to find countermeasures to solve the problems, put forward by strengthening the ideological and political theory education in Colleges and universities, to improve the students' enthusiasm for policy identity, create good environmental policy identity, to further deepen the policy making scientific and execution aspects to improve college students' identity of the party and the state policy.
