女大学生理想人格构建模式研究

【摘要】：在全球化时代,随着经济社会发展,多元的价值观碰撞和西方文化思潮的涌入,大学生面临着新的社会文化环境。近年来,大学生价值观和人格发展也出现了一些新问题。女大学生是一个特殊的学生群体,由于女大学生具有特殊的性别心理特征,受到特定的社会环境和社会性别文化的影响,其价值观和人格形成也具有特殊性。帮助女大学生树立正确的价值观,形成理想人格对女大学生的全面发展具有重要的意义。本文主要是基于这一背景,以理想人格的内涵和理想人格形成过程分析为基本理论基础,采用问卷调查和访谈等方法描述了女大学生人格发展的现实状态,分析了女大学生人格发展存在的主要问题,从社会性别文化、社会价值观冲突、社会伦理失范、生存场域多元、性别教育缺失等五个方面分析了女大生理想人格形成的影响因素,重点从理想人格教育系统化的角度提出了女大学生理想人格构建模式的主要内容,具体包括女大学生理想人格构建的理论基础、主要目标、主体结构、综合途径、内容体系和系统方法。
[Abstract]:In the era of globalization, with the development of economy and society, the collision of multiple values and the influx of western cultural thoughts, college students are facing a new social and cultural environment. There are also some new problems in the development of college students' values and personality. Female college students are a special group of students. Because of their special gender psychological characteristics, female college students are influenced by specific social environment and social gender culture. The formation of their values and personality also has its particularity. It is of great significance to help female college students to set up correct values and to form ideal personality for the all-round development of female college students. This paper is mainly based on this background. Based on the analysis of the connotation of ideal personality and the analysis of the forming process of ideal personality, this paper describes the actual status of the development of female college students' personality by means of questionnaires and interviews, and analyzes the main problems existing in the development of female college students' personality. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of female college students' ideal personality formation from five aspects: social gender culture, social value conflict, social ethics anomie, survival field diversity, gender education deficiency, etc. From the perspective of systematization of ideal personality education, this paper puts forward the main contents of the ideal personality construction model of female college students, including the theoretical basis, main objectives, subject structure and comprehensive approach of female college students' ideal personality construction.
