国家试点学院教师考核评价机制研究——基于本科教育质量导向的实践探索

【摘要】：没有一流的本科教育就没有一流的高等教育,建设一流的本科教育,必须有一流的本科教学为基础。提高本科教育质量,创建世界一流大学需要一流的师资力量,改革教师考核分配和聘任制度,建立科学的教师考核评价机制,对于建设一支高水平教师队伍具有重要作用。"国家教育体制改革试点学院"华中科技大学光学与电子信息学院的考察显示,该院教师考核评价的类别、指标构成、考核体系特征及取得的成效,对我国研究型大学建立健全科学的教师考核评价制度,提升本科教育质量具有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Without first-class undergraduate education, there can be no first-class higher education, and the construction of first-class undergraduate education must be based on first-class undergraduate teaching.To improve the quality of undergraduate education, to establish a world-class university needs first-class teachers, to reform the system of assessment, distribution and appointment of teachers, and to establish a scientific mechanism of assessment and evaluation of teachers play an important role in the construction of a high-level contingent of teachers. "An investigation into the School of Optics and Electronic Information of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, a pilot college for the reform of the national educational system, shows that the types, composition of indicators, characteristics of the assessment system and the results achieved in the assessment of teachers in the institute,It is of great significance to establish and perfect the scientific evaluation system of teachers and to improve the quality of undergraduate education in our country's research universities.
