和谐校园视野下大学生公益社团建设研究

【摘要】：学校也不再是独立于社会之外的世外桃源。充分利用社会的人、财、物资源来开展活动。大学生公益社团走向社会,在构建和谐校园的过程中起到了积极的作用,因此,研究大学生公益社团建设具有理论和实践意义。而由于管理观念落后、资金保障不足、社团干部素质参差不齐等原因限制了社团发展,大学生公益社团的管理与建设也越来越难。本文在总结和反思当前大学生公益社团建设现状的基础上,对大学生公益社团与和谐校园建设的关系进行分析,并结合学界已有的研究成果,力求有所突破和创新。论文以问卷调查为基础,对当前限制大学生公益社团发展的因素进行剖析,提出了和谐校园视野下大学生公益社团建设的途径。论文一共分为五部分。第一部分为绪论。介绍了研究背景和意义。介绍了本文的研究思路、研究方法和创新点。第二章概述了和谐校园与大学生公益社团组织建设的相关概念。概述了和谐校园内涵、特征和理论基础。分析了大学生公益社团的内涵、特点及职能。并概括了大学生公益社团与和谐校园的关系。第三章分析了大学生公益社团建设的现状。分别调查了大学生公益社团发展的基本状况和未来发展方向。通过整理、统计和分析数据,总结了和谐校园视野下大学生公益社团建设的成就、不足及原因。第四章探讨了和谐校园视野下大学生公益社团发展的路径。从思想引领、管理理念、队伍建设、政府支持、机制建设五个方面提出改进措施。
[Abstract]:Schools are no longer independent of society.Make full use of the people, wealth, and material resources of society to carry out activities.The college students' public welfare association has played a positive role in the process of constructing harmonious campus. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the construction of college students' public welfare association.However, because of the backward management concept, insufficient fund guarantee and uneven quality of community cadres, it is becoming more and more difficult for college students to manage and build public associations.On the basis of summing up and reflecting on the current situation of the construction of college students' public welfare associations, this paper analyzes the relationship between the public welfare associations of college students and the construction of harmonious campus, and combines with the existing research results in academic circles to make some breakthroughs and innovations.On the basis of questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the factors restricting the development of college students' public welfare associations, and puts forward the ways to construct them from the perspective of harmonious campus.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.The research background and significance are introduced.This paper introduces the research ideas, research methods and innovative points.The second chapter summarizes the concept of harmonious campus and the construction of college students'public welfare organizations.This paper summarizes the connotation, characteristics and theoretical basis of harmonious campus.This paper analyzes the connotation, characteristics and functions of college students'public welfare associations.And summarized the relationship between the university student public welfare association and the harmonious campus.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the construction of college students'public associations.This paper investigates the basic status and future development direction of the public welfare association of college students.Through collation, statistics and analysis of the data, summed up the harmonious campus under the vision of the achievements of the construction of public welfare associations, deficiencies and reasons.The fourth chapter discusses the path of the development of college students'public welfare associations in the view of harmonious campus.The improvement measures are put forward from five aspects: ideological guidance, management concept, team building, government support and mechanism construction.
