大学生可迁移技能评价:方法和影响机制——以加拿大女王大学为例

【摘要】：高校学生学习结果评价呈现出多元化和多类别化的发展趋势,即用多种评价方法分别测量不同类型的学习结果,以保证评价结果的科学性和客观性。可迁移技能作为雇主最看重、高校最忽视的学习结果,是否应该对其进行评价以及如何评价是学习结果评价的难点问题。加拿大安大略省高等教育质量委员会和女王大学共同合作开展的高校学生可迁移技能评价实践,阐释了可迁移技能的定义和内涵、评价方法和工具、评价结果和影响机制,证明高校可以利用在线测试、标准评级和问卷调查等评价工具对学生可迁移技能进行有效评价,评价结果对教师教学和学生学习质量有直接验证和持续提升作用。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of college students' learning results shows a trend of diversification and multi-category, that is, measuring different types of learning results with various evaluation methods to ensure the scientific nature and objectivity of the evaluation results.Whether the transferable skills should be evaluated and how to evaluate them are the difficult problems in the evaluation of learning results, which are regarded as the most important learning results by employers and neglected by colleges and universities.The evaluation practice of college students' transferable skills, carried out by Ontario higher Education quality Commission and Queen's University, Canada, explains the definition and connotation of transferable skills, evaluation methods and tools, evaluation results and impact mechanisms.It is proved that colleges and universities can use online test, standard rating and questionnaire to evaluate students' transferable skills effectively, and the evaluation results can directly verify and continuously improve the quality of teachers' teaching and students' learning.
