科研与教学整合:中荷大学教师的比较

【摘要】：对中国和荷兰大学教师科研与教学整合的信念与实践进行调查分析,我们发现:中荷大学教师科研与教学整合的信念十分相似,都高度认可科研与教学整合为培养学生创新和批判思维等科研素质的有效途径,只是荷兰教师比中国教师更加强调整合科研与教学以促进学生批判思维成长。实际整合过程由于多种因素综合作用,都无法达到他们预期的整合效果。无论是中国还是荷兰教师,其所处院系科研环境、授课内容、授课对象和教师自身研究能力等都会对教师整合科研与实际教学造成不同程度的影响。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation and analysis of the beliefs and practices of teachers' integration of scientific research and teaching in universities in China and the Netherlands, we find that the beliefs of teachers' integration of scientific research and teaching in Chinese and Dutch universities are very similar.It is highly recognized that the integration of scientific research and teaching is an effective way to cultivate students' quality of scientific research, such as innovation and critical thinking, but Dutch teachers emphasize the integration of scientific research and teaching more than Chinese teachers in order to promote the growth of students' critical thinking.The actual integration process can not achieve the expected integration effect due to the combined effect of many factors.Whether Chinese or Dutch teachers, their research environment, teaching content, teaching object and teachers' own research ability will have different effects on teachers' integration of scientific research and actual teaching.
