TPACK视角下师范生教育技术能力结构构建研究

【摘要】:“互联网+”背景下,新技术为教育事业注入了更多活力,教师群体也面临着新的挑战。师范生作为特殊的职前教师群体,其原有的教育技术能力结构需要随着时代的变化而不断调整。为实现对师范生群体的技术能力结构的合理构建,本研究选取TPACK作为新时期师范生教育技术能力结构的主要切入点,展开一系列调研,在现有教育技术能力结构的基础上进行了重构。本文主要通过对数据的分析处理来找出基于TPACK的师范生能力存在的不足,再借助数据统计软件分析对师范生能力结构影响较大的因素。经过对相关文献的研究分析,以建构主义和教师专业发展理论为依据,结合国内外成熟的TPACK量表作为问卷编制的参考,以各个地区的师范类专业学生为调查对象,从TPACK能力着手,分析新形势下师范生能力结构的主要成分,并通过多元回归,归因出五类主要成分,结合各成分之间的关系,确定结构体系的最终形态。论文共包含六部分内容。第一部分为绪论,阐明了论文的研究背景,通过文献分析法,阐述了师范生教育技术能力的国内外研究现状以及TPACK能力支持下的师范生能力培养的国内外研究现状。并对研究的理论和实践意义以及整体的研究思路和方法进行了说明。第二部分主要涉及理论和相关概念的阐述,分析了教育技术能力的相关标准,梳理TPACK的发展演变的过程,明确TPACK框架对师范生教育技术能力结构构件的重要意义。进一步阐明TPACK能力对构建新的能力结构的作用。在此基础上,对重要的理论基础进行梳理,选取建构主义和教师专业发展理论对师范生新能力结构的构建做补充。第三部分是问卷调研的设计和实施阶段,选定师范生为调研对象,依据国内外权威的数据量表和现行的能力标准,采用结构化量表和非结构化量表试题相结合的方式,编制新的量表问卷。经过数据测试,确定最终问卷题目进行调研。收集调研结果后,对问卷的信度和效度进行分析。进一步分析参与者的性别差异、年级差异、实习经历以及每周修读教育技术类课程的频率等因素对师范生能力的影响,通过对主观题的分析揭示技术学科融合过程中可能存在的问题。第四部分主要使用多元回归和主成分分析法,以TPACK为依切入点,将师范生的教育技术能力划分为四个维度。综合各类数据的处理结果,笔者尝试从不同方面分析国内现有的教育技术能力结构体系中出现的问题,例如:总体水平欠佳、理论实践脱节、课程设置比例不合理等。结合师范生能力结构构件的全面性、开放性和应用性原则,以TPACK为依托,重构师范生群体的能力体系。新的结构体系模型包括能力意识、技术技能、设计能力、应用能力以及伦理责任五个方面。对每一方面又进行了细致的划分。第五部分是在新的结构模型的基础上,对模型的科学性做进一步说明,并结合师范生能力在现实运用中存在的问题和师范生培养过程中可能遇到的困难,从培养课程优化、评价机制创新及教学实践力度等方面对师范生发展提出相关建议。第六部分则是对论文的总结,明确该论文的研究价值和创新之处,也对论文的不足之处进行了反思。
[Abstract]:"Internet plus" under the background of new technology has injected more vitality for education, teachers are also facing new challenges. College students as a special group of preservice teachers, the educational technology ability structure need to constantly adjust with the changes of the times. In order to realize the reasonable construction of technical ability of the normal group in this study, TPACK as the main starting point of the new period educational technology structure, launched a series of research for the reconstruction based on the existing educational technology ability of the structure. This paper mainly through the analysis of data processing to find out the existing problems of TPACK normal students based on ability, and with the help of larger factors influence on the students' ability structure analysis software for data statistics. Through research and analysis of the relevant literature, the theory of constructivism and the professional development of teachers as the basis, combining both at home and abroad Familiar TPACK scale questionnaire as a reference to the various regions of the normal professional students as the research object, starting from the TPACK, analysis of the major components of the students' ability structure under the new situation, and through multiple regression, attribution of five kinds of main components, combined with the relationship between the various components, determine the final form of structural system the thesis consists of six parts. The first part is the introduction, explains the research background of this paper, through literature analysis, describes the present situation of the students' ability to cultivate college students' educational technology ability on research status at home and abroad under the support of TPACK capacity at home and abroad. And the research significance in theory and practice as well as the overall the research ideas and methods are described. The second part is mainly concerned with the theory and related concepts, analyzes the related standards of educational technology ability, development and evolution of the TPACK comb Clear process, TPACK framework has important significance for normal school students' educational technology ability of structure. To further elucidate the role of TPACK on the ability of constructing the new structure. On the basis of analyzing the basic theory, selection of constructivism and the theory of teacher professional development as supplement to the architect Fan Shengxin ability structure. The third part is the stage the design and implementation of the questionnaire survey, selected college students as the research object, based on the data of the authority of the domestic and foreign current scale and ability standard, using a structured questionnaire and unstructured scale test is combined, the preparation of the new questionnaire. Through the test data, determine the final questionnaire survey collected. Results after the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed. Further analysis of gender differences, grade differences of the participants, and the weekly internship experience studying educational technology courses The influence factors of the frequency on the students' ability, through the analysis of the subjective questions, reveal the possible problems in the process of integration technology. The fourth part mainly using multiple regression and principal component analysis method based on TPACK according to the starting point, the normal school students' educational technology ability is divided into four dimensions according to various data. The processing results, the author tries to analyze the existing domestic educational technology ability structure system, from different aspects such as: the overall level of the poor, the theory of practice, the curriculum proportion is not reasonable. Combined with the comprehensive normal students ability of structure, openness and application principle, based on the TPACK, the ability of system reconstruction normal students. The new structure system model including ability consciousness, technical skills, design ability, the five aspects of application ability and ethical responsibility. For each aspect in detail The fifth part is divided. Based on the structure model on the further explanation of the scientific model, may encounter difficulties in the process of training and combining ability of normal exist in real application problems and normal students, from the training course optimization, evaluation mechanism innovation and teaching practice efforts and other aspects to propose related suggestions development of normal students. The sixth part is the summary of the thesis, the research value and innovation, also reflects the deficiency of the paper.
