论高校中间管理层的管理执行力

【摘要】：随着高等教育改革逐步深入,高校管理"中阻梗"现象成为一个突出问题,导致学校管理效率低下。本文以高校管理"中阻梗"现象为研究视角,在深入分析"中阻梗"形成原因的基础上,提出从内部治理、考核体系等方面进行改革的破解策略。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of higher education, the phenomenon of "obstructing obstruction" in university management has become a prominent problem, which leads to the inefficiency of school management.From the angle of view of the phenomenon of "middle obstruction" in university management, this paper, on the basis of deeply analyzing the causes of the formation of "middle obstruction", puts forward the reform strategies from the aspects of internal governance and examination system.
