论导师在研究生良好思想道德形成中的作用

【摘要】：通过对中国石油大学(北京)全国优秀博士学位论文和提名论文的作者及其导师进行深度访谈,总结分析了导师对研究生良好思想道德形成具有重要的影响。研究结果表明:导师在奉献精神、求精精神、仁爱精神方面对研究生有显著影响。
[Abstract]:Through the in-depth interview with the authors and their mentors of the excellent doctoral dissertation and the nominated thesis of China University of Petroleum (Beijing), this paper summarizes and analyzes the important influence of the tutor on the formation of good moral and ideological status of postgraduates. The results show that tutors have significant influence on graduate students in the spirit of dedication, refinement and benevolence.
