红色文化在大学生社会主义核心价值观培育中的应用研究

【摘要】：大学生是社会建设重要的后备力量,其价值取向不仅对个人发展有重要的影响,对整个社会的精神文明建设也有较大的引导作用。随着我国深化改革的不断推进,如何引导大学生认同和践行社会主义核心价值观,帮助他们形成正确的“三观”,是新时期高校教育工作者的重要任务。红色文化作为独具中国特色的先进文化,其精神内核和价值理念与社会主义核心价值观高度契合,且红色文化具有内容丰富、感染力强等特点,是推进大学生核心价值观培育的重要载体和支撑。本文采用访谈的调研方式对部分高校学生和一线教师进行访谈,就红色文化在大学生核心价值观培育中的应用现状进行了分析论证。首先对应用中取得的成效进行了总结归纳:多年的红色文化教学实践、规范的红色文化教学内容和多样的红色文化教育形式为当前大学生社会主义核心价值观培育奠定了基础。然后分析了应用中存在的问题:学生对红色文化基因继承的有效片段较少;缺乏差异性和衔接性的红色文化教学效率较低;红色文化课外教育实践形式大于内容;红色文化传播形式单一缺乏吸引力。本文结合调研资料和当前的教学实践,就红色文化在核心价值观培育的应用过程中存在的问题分析了其原因,发现主要原因是在教学过程中忽视了教育对象对红色文化的心理需求和接受能力,忽视了对红色基因的深度挖掘,忽视了对新媒体传播作用的利用和发挥,以及当前大学生红色文化教育实践活动保障机制不够健全和社会多元价值观对红色文化教育的消解作用等。文章最后从红色文化教育内容、方法、保障机制和校园环境四个方面提出了利用红色文化增强大学生社会主义核心价值观培育实效性的方法和策略:整合挖掘红色文化基因,完善红色文化教育保障机制,以及在借鉴过去经验的基础上,不断创新红色文化教育方法和构建校园红色软环境。
[Abstract]:College students are an important reserve force in social construction, whose value orientation not only has an important influence on individual development, but also plays a leading role in the spiritual civilization construction of the whole society. With the deepening of reform in our country, how to guide college students to recognize and practice the socialist core values and help them form the correct "three views" is an important task for college educators in the new period. As an advanced culture with unique Chinese characteristics, the red culture is highly compatible with the socialist core values in its spiritual core and value concept, and the red culture is characterized by rich content and strong appeal. It is an important carrier and support to promote the cultivation of college students' core values. In this paper, some college students and first-line teachers are interviewed by the way of interview, and the application of red culture in the cultivation of college students' core values is analyzed and demonstrated. First of all, the paper summarizes the achievements in application: the practice of red culture teaching for many years, the standardized teaching contents of red culture and the various forms of red culture education have laid the foundation for the cultivation of socialist core values of college students at present. Then it analyzes the problems existing in the application: the students have fewer effective fragments to inherit the red culture gene, the red culture teaching efficiency is low, the practice form of the red culture extracurricular education is larger than the content, the red culture teaching efficiency is low, the red culture extracurricular education practice form is larger than the content; The single form of red cultural communication lacks attraction. Based on the investigation and research data and the current teaching practice, this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the application of red culture in the cultivation of core values. The main reasons are that the psychological demand and acceptance ability of the educational object to the red culture, the deep excavation of the red gene and the use and exertion of the new media communication function are neglected in the course of teaching. At present, the guarantee mechanism of college students' red culture education practice is not perfect and the social pluralistic values play an important role in the elimination of red culture education. Finally, from the aspects of the content, method, guarantee mechanism and campus environment of red culture education, the paper puts forward the methods and strategies of using red culture to enhance the actual effect of college students' socialist core values: to integrate and excavate the red culture gene, On the basis of improving the guarantee mechanism of red culture and education and drawing lessons from the past experience, we should constantly innovate the methods of red culture education and construct the soft environment of red culture on campus.
