当代大学生道德人格塑造研究

【摘要】：道德人格是负责任的道德自我,责任将道德判断和道德行为连接在一起。对道德人格的研究是当代西方道德心理学上的一个重要内容。我国当代大学生道德人格现状总体上是健康、积极的,但同时我们也应该看到大学生存在着一定的道德人格缺失问题。因而如何对我国当代大学生的道德人格进行塑造,健全大学生的道德人格是摆在我们面前的一个重要问题,本文运用西方道德心理学中的有关理论,结合社会主义伦理道德要求,在对我国当代大学生道德人格发展状况进行调查的基础上,探索当代大学生的道德人格塑造和健全大学生道德人格的措施。本文主要分以下几个方面:首先,通过对人格和道德人格定义的研究,了解二者之间的不同之处,以此来确定研究本篇论文所需要的理论基础。阐释大学生道德人格的特征,以及提升大学生道德人格的必要性。其次,通过调查问卷、查阅文献等形式,全方位地开展对大学生道德人格的研究,把握大学生道德人格的现状,明确表示大学生道德人格总体上是积极向上的,但还存在着一些问题,本文则重点分析了大学生道德人格现状中存在的问题,这些问题主要体现在:道德知与行的反差;道德情感的淡漠;道德价值取向功利化;道德主体的缺失。了解存在的问题后要分析问题存在的原因,主要从自身、家庭、学校、社会四个方面分析。以此作为本论文研究的现实基础。最后,根据产生问题的原因找到解决问题的途径和方法。积极探索对于塑造大学生健康道德人格的有效措施,形成适合完善大学生道德人格的优良内外环境,建立有效机制,更好地促进当代大学生塑造健康的道德人格。因此,要做到以下几个方面:提高大学生的自我教育水平;营造良好的家庭氛围;加强学校的校园文化建设;创建良好的社会氛围。
[Abstract]:Moral personality is a responsible moral self, which connects moral judgment with moral behavior. The study of moral personality is an important content in contemporary western moral psychology. The present situation of moral personality of college students in our country is generally healthy and positive, but at the same time, we should also see that there is a certain lack of moral personality of college students. Therefore, how to shape and perfect the moral personality of contemporary college students is an important problem in front of us. On the basis of the investigation of the development of moral personality of contemporary college students in our country, this paper explores the measures of shaping and perfecting the moral personality of contemporary college students in accordance with the requirements of socialist ethics and morality. This paper is mainly divided into the following aspects: first, through the study of the definition of personality and moral personality, understand the differences between the two, so as to determine the theoretical basis for this paper. This paper expounds the characteristics of college students' moral personality and the necessity of promoting them. Secondly, through questionnaire, literature and other forms, the all-round study of college students' moral personality, grasp the status quo of college students' moral personality, clearly indicate that the overall moral personality of college students is positive, However, there are still some problems. This paper focuses on the analysis of the existing problems in the moral personality of college students, which are mainly reflected in: the contrast between moral knowledge and behavior, the indifference of moral emotion, the utilitarianism of moral value orientation, and so on. The absence of moral subject. After understanding the existing problems, we should analyze the causes of the problems, mainly from four aspects: self, family, school and society. This is the realistic foundation of this thesis. Finally, according to the causes of the problem to find ways and means to solve the problem. To explore the effective measures for shaping the healthy moral personality of college students, to form a good internal and external environment suitable for the improvement of the moral personality of college students, to establish an effective mechanism, and to better promote the formation of healthy moral personality of contemporary college students. Therefore, the following aspects should be achieved: to improve the level of self-education of college students; to create a good family atmosphere; to strengthen the construction of campus culture; to create a good social atmosphere.
