美国高校数据治理及其借鉴

【摘要】：数据治理是对数据资产管控的活动总和,其目标是实现数据资产价值、控制数据资产风险。数据治理有利于高校的科学决策、高效管理、创新服务和迅速应变,对高校的发展具有重要意义。美国高校数据治理将管理与技术有机结合起来,具有规划可行、权责明晰、技术先进、应用广泛等特点,对我国高校具有一定启示。
[Abstract]:Data governance is the sum of the activities of data assets management and control. Its goal is to realize the value of data assets and control the risk of data assets. Data management is conducive to scientific decision making, efficient management, innovative service and rapid response in colleges and universities. It is of great significance to the development of colleges and universities. The data management of American colleges and universities combines management with technology organically, which has the characteristics of feasible planning, clear power and responsibility, advanced technology and wide application.
