论大学的祛魅及返魅的可能

【摘要】：大学在近现代经历了一个祛魅的过程,逐渐褪去了中世纪大学的神圣性和神秘性。政府和其他资助机构的资金支持以及随之而来的问责重压,大学的主动逐利行为和主动自我扩张,以及由此带来的高等教育大众化乃至普及化,使大学从万众仰慕的卡里斯玛变成了售卖学术服务的服务生,从高深莫测的"象牙塔"变成了市场般人皆可进的培训班。世俗时代的矛盾内在包含了自我超越的可能性。作为大学发展的否定之否定环节,大学在未来某个时期仍然存在着返魅的可能。为了那个时代的到来,我们每个知识分子都不应在这世俗时代放弃对道德和灵性的修炼与追求。
[Abstract]:Universities experienced a process of disenchantment in modern times, and gradually faded the sanctity and mystery of medieval universities. The financial support of governments and other subvented organizations and the consequent burden of accountability, the proactive profit-seeking and self-expansion of universities, and the resulting popularization and popularization of higher education, The university went from admiring Carlisma to a waiter selling academic services, from an inscrutable ivory tower to a market-accessible training course. The contradiction of secular times contains the possibility of self-transcendence. As the negative link of university development, universities still have the possibility of reenchantment in the future. For the coming of that time, we intellectuals should not abandon the moral and spiritual practice and pursuit in this secular age.
