迈向“双一流”:北京舞蹈学院新一轮改革的理念与实践

【摘要】：北京舞蹈学院在新的发展时期,从自身特色优势出发,从实际需求出发,锁定"双一流"建设目标,围绕"中国特色,世界一流"的核心任务,始终坚定社会主义办学方向,在积极探索"办什么样的大学""怎样办好大学""培养什么样的人""如何培养人"的创新实践中进行着系统性改革。本文紧紧围绕北京舞蹈学院在2015年末提出的改革目标——"结构要合理、综合重基础、创新强特色、系统建机制",以及相配套的"整合、打通、扩充、完善"的践行原则和举措,对新一轮教育教学改革的理念与实践进行全面阐述。
[Abstract]:In the new period of development, the Beijing Dance Academy, proceeding from its own unique advantages and actual needs, has locked in the goal of "double first-class" construction, and has always firmly established the socialist direction of running schools around the core task of "with Chinese characteristics and world class". In the innovation practice of actively exploring "what kind of university to run," "how to run a university well," "what kind of person to cultivate," "how to cultivate a person", a systematic reform is being carried out. This paper closely revolves around the reform goal put forward by Beijing Dance Academy at the end of 2015-"structure should be reasonable, comprehensive and important foundation, innovation and strong characteristic, system construction mechanism", and the corresponding "integration, opening up, expansion," Perfect "practice principle and measure, the concept and practice of the new round of education and teaching reform are expounded in an all-round way."
