【摘要】：随着中国全球化进程加速、国民生活水平持续提升,一直非常重视子女教育的中国家长们把对子女教育培养的目光拓展到全世界。特别是近几年,中国留学人数不仅持续攀升,而且,呈现留学低龄化的趋势,发展势头迅猛。伴随着中国国民经济快速发展、人均收入水平快速上升以及中国人对教育投入的极大热情,出国留学变成了中产阶级的标配,甚至工薪阶级也开始尝试让孩子走出国门享受西式教育。这一点从每年中国前往欧、美系国家的留学人数增长比例中尤为明显。出国留学的小留学生们因绝大多数家长无法在身边陪伴,多半将他们寄存在留学地亲戚家,或是通过留学中介介绍的陌生监护人家庭中,并每月支付对方一笔费用。虽然这些看似有在被监管的小留学生们得到了生活或者学习上的监督。但是据相关课题研究并被呈现,这些未成年的小留学生因远离熟悉家乡并接受新的文化,如果自身没有不良嗜好再加上遇到好的寄宿家庭监管,对于小留学生成长会到事半功倍的效果。相反,一般寄宿家庭能力参差不齐,家长无法辨别,同时寄宿家庭仅能单方面从学生的住宿解决小留学生的部分生活问题,而并不能真正代替家庭所能给与的关爱,和支持,导致中很多小留学生产生了自闭、焦虑、压抑以及产生了自身暴力或心理扭曲等现象,严重者更有自杀倾向。蓝图项目也是基于过去留学生家长将低龄留学子女放置海外存在的问题,以及众多留学专家和留学生共同发现的海外留学生与其家庭存在的普遍现象打造的海外后端监管模式。主要聚焦于国际留学后端服务,致力于打造符合国际教育生态链的上下游延伸。基于丰厚的海外教育资源,公认的海外政府资质,专业的留学服务团队,将“专业、爱心、责任、梦想”作为服务标准,以全心助力全球莘莘学子达成梦想为使命,并向全球青少年留学生提供专业的海外全程服务。同时将通过前瞻化的学习规划,多元化的服务形式、流程化项目设计、贴心话的学生监管,帮助学生在成功留学的基础上实现留学成功为目的。并且通过学生管理平台,大数据跟踪分析留学生学习全程,为将来升学,择校,就业做出合理分析和推荐。互联网+时代,用数据说话,家长更安心,学生更舒心。

Even the working class began to try to get children out of the country to enjoy Western education. This is especially evident from the annual increase in the number of Chinese studying in Europe and the United States. Because most of the parents can not be accompanied by their parents, most of the young students who study abroad leave them in their relatives' homes or in the families of strange guardians introduced by the agents, and pay each other a sum of money each month. Although these seem to be in the custody of the young students have been monitored in life or study.
