立德树人引领下高校宣传思想工作的创新研究

【摘要】：为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供人才保障和智力支持,使当代大学生更好地学习马克思主义理论,从而使辩证唯物主义思想得到践行,使社会主义核心价值体系建设有效地推进,必须大力强化高等院校的思想宣传工作。在新媒体突飞猛进发展的新形势下,高校宣传思想工作为更好地把握立德树人的时代特征,落实立德树人的根本任务,在立德树人的引领下对高校大学生的思想现状进行深入分析,并采取有效措施,创新解决途径。做好高校宣传思想工作,是社会主义建设的战略要求,也是精神文明建设在我国高等教育体系中的重要组成部分,关系着当代大学生的政治立场是否坚定,党和国家的思政教育要求是否得到落实,在巩固马克思主义的指导地位,团结未来社会的支柱人才等方面具有关键的作用和深远的意义。本文首先探讨了“立德树人”的科学内涵,重点包括对立德树人中体现的以人为本、“德”与“人”在新形势下的时代要求进行了概述;并阐释了“立德”与“树人”二者辩证统一的关系,同时发挥立德树人对高校宣传思想工作的基础引领作用;其次,将高校宣传思想工作的概念、地位、意义等方面进行系统论述,体现其在当代对高校大学生思想意识形态的形成与发展的重要性;再次,本文从当前高校宣传思想工作的现状入手,对其进行分析与解读,从而了解并掌握高校宣传思想工作围绕立德树人思想进行改革与完善的方向和任务;最后,根据对高校大学生的现状研究,提出在立德树人引领下高校宣传思想工作的创新途径:坚守培育社会主义核心价值观,坚定确立正确的大学生理想信念,积极施展“三微一端”新科技手段主力作用,完善建构高校宣传思想工作“话语权”,并让大学生们真实体味教育“获得感”。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, Chinese Dream provides talent security and intellectual support, so that contemporary college students can learn Marxist theory better, thus making dialectical materialism thought to be put into practice. In order to promote the construction of socialist core value system effectively, we must strengthen the ideological propaganda work in colleges and universities. Under the new situation of the rapid development of the new media, the propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities can better grasp the characteristics of the times and carry out the fundamental task of establishing the people by virtue. Under the guidance of Li de Shuren, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the ideological status of college students, and takes effective measures to innovate the solutions. It is not only a strategic requirement of socialist construction, but also an important part of spiritual civilization construction in the higher education system of our country to do a good job of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities, which is related to whether the political stand of contemporary college students is firm or not. Whether the requirement of ideological and political education of the Party and the state is carried out has a key role and far-reaching significance in consolidating the guiding position of Marxism and uniting the talents of the future society. At first, this paper discusses the scientific connotation of "setting up virtue and making man", including the humanism embodied in the opposition of "virtue" and "man" in the new situation. It summarizes the requirements of the times of "virtue" and "man" in the new situation. It also explains the dialectical and unified relationship between "Li de" and "tree man", and at the same time, gives play to the basic leading role of "Li de Shu" in the propaganda and ideological work of colleges and universities. Secondly, the concept and status of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities are put forward. In order to reflect the importance of the formation and development of the ideological ideology of college students in the contemporary era, this paper starts with the current situation of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities, and analyzes and interprets it. In order to understand and master the direction and task of the reform and perfection of the propaganda and ideological work of colleges and universities around the idea of creating a person by virtue; finally, according to the current situation of college students, This paper puts forward the innovative ways of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities under the guidance of Li de Shuren: adhere to the cultivation of socialist core values, firmly establish the correct ideals and beliefs of college students, and actively exert the main role of the new scientific and technological means of "three tiny ends". To perfect and construct the "right of speech" of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities, and to make students' true taste education "get a sense of feeling".
