“双创”背景下大学生思想政治教育创新研究

【摘要】：目前中国“大众创业,万众创新”的热情高涨,显示出了我国已经将“大众创业,万众创新”提升到了国家的战略地位。“大众创业,万众创新”不仅是党和政府的明确要求,也是社会经济发展的迫切需要,更是培养具有创新创业素质人才的重要抓手。在此背景下,高校大学生选择自主创业逐渐成为一种流行趋势。但是从实际效果来看,由于大学生思想政治教育内容不完善,方法手段单一,缺乏创新创业专业教师队伍等原因,大学生自主创业的持续力和成功率都并不理想。为了充分发挥高校优势、提高大学生创新创业素质,必须将创新创业教育融入大学生思想政治教育中去。因此,在“大众创业,万众创新”的背景下研究大学生思想政治教育创新就显得十分必要。也只有这样,才能真正的给大学生创新创业提供思想指导,才能更加激发大学生的创新创业潜能。随着互联网的高速发展,当今世界已经进入了网络时代。在“双创”背景之下,互联网拓宽了大学生思想政治教育的资源和内容。“双创”的时代也是经济迅猛发展的时代,经济的发展为大学生思想政治教育的创新奠定了坚实的物质基础。但是,随着“互联网+”时代的到来,大学生思想政治教育也面临着新的挑战;新的就业形势对传统就业观念发起了挑战。以扬州大学、南京师范大学和南京林业大学为样本,通过问卷调查发现,在“双创”的背景下,大学生思想政治教育在教育内容、教育方法、教育途径、教师队伍、创新创业教育与思想政治教育紧密融合等方面还存在一些问题。产生这些问题的原因主要表现在四个方面:政府的重视不够、政策不完善;社会的重视不够、支持不到位;学校的重视不够、教育体系不完善;学生个人的重视不够、缺乏主动性。针对“双创”背景下大学生思想政治教育的现状与存在问题,新形势下大学生思想政治教育的创新可以从以下几个方面着手:开展“双创”教育,更新大学生思想政治教育理念;形成“双创”氛围,创新大学生思想政治教育方式;融入“双创”要求,完善大学生思想政治教育机制。
[Abstract]:At present, the enthusiasm of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation" in China is high, which shows that China has promoted "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation" to the strategic position of the country. It is not only the explicit requirement of the Party and the government, but also the urgent need of the social and economic development, but also the important grasp of cultivating talents with innovative and entrepreneurial qualities. Under this background, the university student chooses the independent undertaking gradually becomes a kind of popular trend. However, because of the imperfect content of college students' ideological and political education, the single method and the lack of innovative professional teachers, the sustainability and success rate of college students' independent entrepreneurship are not ideal. In order to give full play to the advantages of colleges and universities and improve the quality of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, it is necessary to integrate innovative entrepreneurship education into the ideological and political education of college students. Therefore, it is necessary to study the ideological and political education innovation of college students under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation". Only in this way, can we really provide ideological guidance for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, and stimulate college students' potential of innovation and entrepreneurship. With the rapid development of the Internet, the world has entered the network era. Under the background of "double creation", the Internet broadens the resources and contents of ideological and political education for college students. The era of "double creation" is also an era of rapid economic development. The economic development has laid a solid material foundation for the innovation of college students' ideological and political education. However, with the advent of the "Internet" era, the ideological and political education of college students is facing new challenges, and the new employment situation challenges the traditional concept of employment. Taking Yangzhou University, Nanjing normal University and Nanjing Forestry University as samples, through the questionnaire investigation, it is found that under the background of "double creation", ideological and political education of college students is in terms of educational content, educational methods, ways of education, and teaching staff. There are still some problems in the close integration of innovative entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education. The main reasons for these problems are shown in four aspects: insufficient attention from the government and imperfect policies; insufficient attention and support from the society; insufficient attention from schools; inadequate education system; insufficient attention from students. Lack of initiative. In view of the present situation and existing problems of college students' ideological and political education under the background of "double creation", the innovation of college students' ideological and political education under the new situation can be started from the following aspects: carrying out "double creation" education, Renewing the idea of ideological and political education of college students, forming the atmosphere of "double creation", innovating the way of ideological and political education of college students, integrating the requirement of "double creation", perfecting the mechanism of ideological and political education of college students.
