中美高校创业教育比较研究

【摘要】:知识经济时代背景下,大学生的创业意识和创业精神不仅关系到其个体的职业发展,还关系到地区经济增长的活力和技术成果的转化应用。创业教育对于培养学生的创业综合素质十分重要,也成为新时期高校思政工作的重要载体之一。我国高校创业教育起步较晚,且在发展过程中遇到了许多问题。 美国高校创业教育经历了60余年的发展历程已经取得不少成就。本文尝试从创业教育发展历程、发展推动力、社会创业环境、院校实践等方面对中美两国做出比较,以探索进一步改进我国高校创业教育的有效途径。本文首先阐述创业教育的概念与德育价值,分析其对新时期我国高校思政工作的促进意义。第二部分将对中美两国高校创业教育的发展历程与发展环境展开比较,分析各自的推动力来源。第三部分将进一步分析两国高校创业教育的理念与目标,阐述美国高校创业教育项目的两种基本模式之间的区别,并选取两国一部分代表性院校加以介绍。第四部分将在借鉴美国高校创业教育项目的基础上提出改进我国高校创业教育体系的一些建议。 要完善我国高校创业教育体系,首先需要树立正确的创业教育理念及目标,并在组织管理模式、课程建设、实践平台建设、创业环境优化等方面加以改进。大学生创业综合素质的培养需要高校、社会、政府三方共同努力,营建良好的创业文化,以形成创业教育合力。
[Abstract]:Under the background of knowledge economy era, the entrepreneurial consciousness and entrepreneurship of college students are not only related to their individual professional development, but also to the vitality of regional economic growth and the transformation and application of technological achievements. Entrepreneurship education is very important to cultivate students' comprehensive quality of entrepreneurship, and it has also become one of the important carriers of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new period. Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China started late, and encountered many problems in the process of development. Entrepreneurship education in American universities has experienced more than 60 years of development and has made a lot of achievements. This paper attempts to make a comparison between China and the United States in terms of the course of development of entrepreneurship education, the driving force of development, the environment of social entrepreneurship, and the practice of colleges and universities, in order to explore effective ways to further improve entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities and colleges. This paper first expounds the concept of entrepreneurship education and the value of moral education, and analyzes its significance in promoting ideological and political work in colleges and universities in China in the new period. The second part compares the development process and environment of entrepreneurship education between China and the United States, and analyzes their sources of driving force. The third part will further analyze the concepts and objectives of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in the two countries, expound the differences between the two basic modes of entrepreneurship education projects in American colleges and universities, and select some representative colleges and universities in the two countries to introduce them. The fourth part will put forward some suggestions to improve the entrepreneurship education system of our country on the basis of learning from the American entrepreneurship education project. In order to perfect the entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities in China, it is necessary to set up correct ideas and objectives of entrepreneurship education, and to improve the organizational management model, curriculum construction, practical platform construction, entrepreneurial environment optimization and so on. The cultivation of college students' comprehensive quality of entrepreneurship requires the joint efforts of universities, society and government to build a good culture of entrepreneurship so as to form the resultant force of entrepreneurship education.
