思想政治教育在南疆大学生学风建设中的作用研究

【摘要】：思想政治教育与大学生学风建设关系密切。二者在总体目标、研究内容、研究对象方面具有一致性。学风建设作为高校思想政治教育的载体,通过学风建设,高校思想政治教育将更有实效性与针对性;思想政治教育是学风建设的生命线,通过思想政治教育,高校学风建设的终极目标高质量人才培养目标得以实现。思想政治教育与学风建设之间的密切关系,决定了思想政治教育在南疆大学生学风建设中具有重要作用。通过思想政治教育,可以使南疆大学生具有坚定正确的政治方向、明确的学习目标、端正的学习态度,并能使南疆大学生自觉遵守学校的各项规章制度,规范自己的学习行为,形成良好的学风氛围。但目前,南疆高校在通过思想政治教育进行学风建设的过程中还存在一些不足,使思想政治教育的作用不能充分发挥,这影响了南疆大学生学习主观能动性的养成,影响了南疆大学生优良学风建设目标的实现,影响了南疆高校全面发展的高素质人才培养目标的实现。南疆高校位于祖国西北边陲,民族的多样性、文化的多元性、思想的复杂性、地域的特殊性,决定了南疆高校在学风建设中更应注重思想政治教育的地位与作用,更应注重发挥思想政治教育的作用。但目前思想政治教育在南疆大学生学风建设中作用发挥的现状如何,南疆高校在学风建设中对思想政治教育的运用状况如何,是急需了解研究的。本论文采用抽样调查与访谈的方法,对南疆三所高校进行数据采样,目的是通过数据的收集与整理,分析南疆大学生学风建设中思想政治教育作用发挥的现状,并以此作为研究依据,提出思想政治教育更好地发挥促进南疆大学生学风建设的对策。基于以上考虑,本论文共分为四个部分,第一部分重点阐述了本论文的研究背景、研究意义、研究的创新点、重难点以及与论文相关的研究综述。第二部分着重介绍了与论文相关的概念、思想政治教育与学风建设的关系以及思想政治教育在南疆大学生学风建设中的作用。第三部分,通过问卷调查以及访谈得出的数据重点研究了思想政治教育在南疆大学生学风建设中作用发挥的现状,分析了思想政治教育在南疆大学生学风建设中作用发挥不足的表现以及制约思想政治教育作用发挥的因素。第四部分,探讨了思想政治教育促进南疆大学生优良学风建设的举措,通过思想政治教育作用的更好发挥,实现南疆大学生优良学风的建设。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is closely related to the construction of college students' style of study. They are consistent in terms of overall goal, research content and research object. As the carrier of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, ideological and political education in colleges and universities will be more effective and targeted through the construction of style of study, and ideological and political education is the lifeline of the construction of style of study, and through ideological and political education, The ultimate goal of the construction of the style of study in colleges and universities is to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality talents. The close relationship between ideological and political education and style of study determines that ideological and political education plays an important role in the construction of the style of study of college students in southern Xinjiang. Through ideological and political education, students in South Xinjiang can have a firm and correct political direction, clear learning goals, correct learning attitude, and enable them to conscientiously abide by the rules and regulations of the school and standardize their own learning behavior. Form a good atmosphere of study style. However, at present, there are still some deficiencies in the process of constructing the style of study through ideological and political education in colleges and universities in southern Xinjiang, which makes the function of ideological and political education impossible to give full play, which affects the cultivation of students' subjective initiative in learning in southern Xinjiang. It affects the realization of the construction goal of excellent style of study for college students in southern Xinjiang and the realization of the goal of cultivating high-quality talents for the all-round development of colleges and universities in southern Xinjiang. The diversity of nationalities, the diversity of culture, the complexity of thought and the particularity of region determine the importance and function of ideological and political education in the construction of the style of study in colleges and universities in southern Xinjiang, which is located in the northwestern border of the motherland. More attention should be paid to the role of ideological and political education. However, the current situation of ideological and political education in the construction of the style of study of college students in South Xinjiang, and the application of ideological and political education in the construction of style of study in colleges and universities in South Xinjiang, is in urgent need of understanding and research. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of ideological and political education in the construction of college students' style of study in South Xinjiang, by sampling and interview, sampling data from three colleges and universities in southern Xinjiang, in order to collect and arrange the data and analyze the current situation of ideological and political education in the construction of college students' style of study in South Xinjiang. On the basis of this research, the author puts forward the countermeasures of promoting the construction of the style of study of college students in southern Xinjiang better by the ideological and political education. Based on the above considerations, this paper is divided into four parts. The first part focuses on the research background, significance, innovation, difficulties and related research review. The second part mainly introduces the concepts related to the thesis, the relationship between ideological and political education and the construction of style of study, and the role of ideological and political education in the construction of the style of study of college students in southern Xinjiang. The third part, through the questionnaire survey and the data obtained from interviews, focuses on the status quo of ideological and political education in the construction of the style of study of college students in southern Xinjiang. This paper analyzes the insufficient function of ideological and political education in the construction of the style of study of college students in southern Xinjiang and the factors restricting the function of ideological and political education. The fourth part discusses the measures of ideological and political education to promote the construction of fine style of study of college students in South Xinjiang, and realizes the construction of fine style of study of college students in South Xinjiang through the better play of the role of ideological and political education.
