大学生思想政治教育对儒家心理教育思想的借鉴研究

【摘要】:近些年来,大学校园中频繁发生的暴力、自杀事件,让我们不得不关注大学生的心理健康问题。儒家心理教育思想是儒家教育思想中的重要组成部分,其中蕴含着丰富的心理教育内容与方法,其在教育内容、目标、层次上与大学生思想政治教育的相似性,为大学生思想政治教育借鉴儒家心理教育思想提供了依据。克服实际操作中大学生思想政治教育借鉴儒家心理教育思想面临的困境,维护大学生的心理健康,是提高大学生思想政治教育实效性向我们提出的新要求。第一章:大学生在青年期特殊的情感、意识波动使其心理问题频发,这对大学生思想政治教育提出了新的要求。儒家丰富的心理教育思想对维持大学生的心理健康水平有着极大的借鉴作用,大学生思想政治教育借鉴儒家心理教育思想不仅有利于思想政治教育内容的丰富、方法的改善还有利于大学生人文素养的提升和心理健康水平的维持。然而,目前学术界对这一问题的研究主要集中在儒家教育思想的内涵、儒家教育思想与大学生思想政治教育的关系、儒家教育思想中蕴含的思想政治教育资源,鲜少谈及儒家心理教育思想的内容、方法,更谈不上与大学生思想政治教育的联系。第二章:儒家心理教育思想是基于“人性问题”展开的,在对“人性善”“人性恶”“性三品”争论的基础上,经历产生、形成、发展、嬗变、恢复发展五个阶段最终形成。本章概括介绍了儒家心理教育思想的主要内容:坚持适度原则达到人与人、人与自然和谐的适应心理;如何与父母、朋友相处的人际心理;树立明确目标,以坚定的信念战胜艰苦环境的意志心理;理论学习与实践落实相结合的学习心理;士、君子、圣人三个不同层次的人格心理。此外,还介绍了正确处理欲望与情绪关系的节欲养心法、通过角色转换调整情绪的自我反省法、师生之间、学生之间相互倾述的开导劝慰法。第三章:大学思想政治教育和儒家心理教育思想在教育目标、教育内容、教育层次上的相似性为大学思想政治教育借鉴儒家心理教育思想提供了依据。大学生思想政治教育的目标是培育四有新人,儒家心理教育思想的目标是培养圣人,二者在对人的道德和理想方面的要求是一致的。大学生思想政治教育通过开展世界观、人生观、价值观、道德观教育来实现最终目标,而要保证大学生真正接受这些教育内容就要从儒家心理教育思想知、情、意、行等几个方面入手。儒家心理教育思想是教育活动的低级阶段,思想政治教育是教育的高级阶段,二者在教育层次上有一定的连续性。第四章:从大学思想政治教育借鉴儒家心理教育思想的实际情况出发,分析存在的问题和造成这一问题的原因。由于中国历史上对儒家文化的多次批判,使得儒家心理教育思想的影响力被削弱,再加上重智育轻德育的教育体制和实践操作中二者各自存在的弊端,使得大学生思想政治教育借鉴儒家心理教育思想面临着困境。导致部分大学生对儒家心理教育思想缺乏认知、对儒家心理教育思想接受度低、在实际的教学过程中不能充分运用儒家心理教育思想。第五章:探讨了大学思想政治教育借鉴儒家心理教育思想的具体对策。大学生思想政治教育要在教学内容和方法上借鉴儒家心理教育思想,并要加强专业教师队伍建设,提高借鉴的自觉性。还要利用传统节日仪式和互联网络媒介,丰富教育载体,提高借鉴的能动性。更要通过积极开展校园实践活动和社会实践活动,提高借鉴的实际效果。最后,还应该通过家庭、学校、社会各方面的努力,共同为大学生思想政治教育借鉴儒家心理教育思想创造良好的环境。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the frequent violence and suicidal events in university campuses have made us have to pay attention to the mental health problems of college students. Confucian psychological education is an important part of the Confucian educational thought, which contains rich content and methods of psychological education. It is in education content, goal and level with the ideological and political education of college students. The similarity of education provides the basis for the ideological and political education of college students to learn from the Confucian psychological education thought. To overcome the difficulties in the ideological and political education of college students and to maintain the psychological health of the college students, it is a new requirement to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and Political Education of college students. The special emotion of college students in the youth period and the frequent mental problems caused by the fluctuation of consciousness have put forward new demands for the ideological and political education of college students. The rich psychological education thought of the Confucianism has a great reference to the maintenance of the mental health level of the college students. It is beneficial to the enrichment of the content of Ideological and political education, and the improvement of the methods is beneficial to the improvement of the humanistic quality of college students and the maintenance of the level of mental health. However, the research on this issue is mainly focused on the connotation of the Confucian educational thought, the relationship between the Confucian educational thought and the ideological and political education of the university students, and the connotation of the Confucian educational thought. The ideological and political education resources contained, rarely talked about the content of the Confucian psychological education thought, methods, not to talk about the connection with the ideological and political education of college students. The second chapter: the Confucian psychological education thought is based on "human nature", on the basis of the debate about "good human nature" "evil of human nature", "sexual three products", forming, forming, The five stages of development, evolution, and recovery are finally formed. This chapter summarizes the main contents of the Confucian psychological education thought: to adhere to the appropriate principles to meet people and people, to adapt to the harmony between human and nature; how to relate to the interpersonal psychology of parents and friends; to set up a clear target and to overcome the willpower in the hard environment with a firm belief; On the study psychology of combining learning with practice; three different levels of personality psychology of men, gentlemen and saints. In addition, it also introduces the abstinence and heart nourishing method to correctly handle the relationship between desire and emotion, the self introspection method of adjusting the emotion by role transformation, the third chapter of the students and students, and the college thought. The political education and the thought of the Confucian psychological education have provided the basis for the ideological and political education of the University. The aim of the ideological and political education of college students is to cultivate the new people. The goal of the ideological education of the Confucianism is to cultivate the saints and the two in the morality of the people. The ideological and political education of college students can achieve the ultimate goal by developing world outlook, outlook on life, values and moral outlook, and to ensure that college students really accept these educational contents from the knowledge of Confucian psychological education, emotion, meaning, and so on. The Confucian mentality education is education. In the low stage of activity, ideological and political education is the advanced stage of education. The two has a certain continuity on the level of education. The fourth chapter: from the practical situation of the ideological and political education of the University for reference to the Confucian psychological education thought, the existing problems and the reasons for this problem are analyzed. Criticism has made the influence of the Confucian psychological education thought weakened, and then the shortcomings of the two parties in the educational system and practice of moral education and light moral education, making the ideological and political education of the university students face the dilemma of the Confucian psychological education thought. In the course of actual teaching, the idea of Confucian psychological education can not be fully used. The fifth chapter is to discuss the concrete countermeasures of the ideological and political education of the University for reference. The ideological and political education of college students should learn from the Confucian psychological education thought in the teaching content and method, and strengthen the professional teachers. We should use traditional festival rituals and interconnected network media to enrich the education carrier and improve the mobility of the reference. We should actively carry out the practical activities of the campus and social practice to improve the practical effect. Finally, we should also pass through the efforts of the family, the school and the society. Students' Ideological and political education can create a good environment by using Confucian educational thought.
