大理大学高学历教师职业道德的现状调查与对策研究

【摘要】：所谓高学历教师,是指高校中获得博士学位的教师。近年来,随着高校对高学历人才引进力度的加大,教师队伍中高学历人才越来越多,并形成为一个独特的群体。这部分教师在学校教学、科研、学科建设和人才培养中起着引领作用,其专业素养和职业道德状况对学生和同事都有着重要影响。然而,受各种复杂因素影响,部分高学历教师在职业道德方面还存在着一些不容忽视的问题。针对这些问题,要根据具体情况予以分析和解决,才能进一步培养高学历教师的职业素养,促进教师职业道德建设,最终达到提高人才培养质量的目的。基于对高学历教师职业道德重要性的认识,本文开展了相关研究。首先,介绍了国内外高校教师职业道德的研究现状;然后在系统阐述和学习高校教师职业道德基本理论的基础上,运用实地访谈、问卷调查和统计法等研究方法,对大理大学高学历教师职业道德存在的问题和原因进行了研究分析;最后,针对这些问题提出加强大理大学高学历教师职业道德建设的对策。从学校高学历教师的数量和他们所承担的科研、教学等工作量上看,高学历教师都已经成为学校发展的一支核心力量,高学历教师职业道德水平对大学生和其他教师有重要的影响。但是截止目前,针对高学历教师的职业道德没有相关文献和专著。因此,以高学历教师为研究对象,对他们的职业道德进行调查研究是本文的一个创新点。
[Abstract]:The so-called high-degree teacher, refers to the teacher who obtains the doctorate degree in the university. In recent years, with the increase of the introduction of highly educated talents in colleges and universities, there are more and more highly educated talents in the teaching staff, which form a unique group. This part of teachers plays a leading role in school teaching, scientific research, discipline construction and talent training, and their professional qualities and professional ethics have an important impact on students and colleagues. However, under the influence of various complicated factors, some teachers with higher education still have some problems which can not be ignored in professional ethics. In view of these problems, we should analyze and solve them according to the specific conditions, so as to further cultivate the professional accomplishment of teachers with high academic qualifications, promote the construction of teachers' professional ethics, and finally achieve the goal of improving the quality of personnel training. Based on the recognition of the importance of professional ethics of teachers with higher academic qualifications, this paper carries out relevant research. First of all, it introduces the current research situation of college teachers' professional ethics at home and abroad, and then, on the basis of systematically expounding and studying the basic theory of university teachers' professional ethics, using field interviews, questionnaires and statistical methods, etc. This paper studies and analyzes the problems and causes of the professional ethics of teachers with high academic qualifications in Dali University, and finally puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the construction of professional ethics of teachers with high academic qualifications in Dali University. In terms of the number of highly educated teachers in schools and the amount of scientific research, teaching and other work they undertake, highly educated teachers have become a core force in the development of schools. The professional ethics level of teachers with high academic qualifications has an important influence on college students and other teachers. But up to now, there is no relevant literature and monographs for the professional ethics of high-educated teachers. Therefore, it is an innovation of this paper to investigate and study the professional ethics of highly educated teachers.
