学术生态视域下硕士研究生学术道德建设研究

【摘要】：学术道德是维护正常学术活动,促进学术事业健康发展的保证。硕士研究生在进行科学研究活动时必须遵循学术道德规范,这涉及到学术界的形象,更关乎教育事业的良好发展。长期以来,我国高校的硕士研究生作为学术主体在学习做学问的同时,也自觉遵守着学术道德。但近年来,硕士研究生的各种违反学术道德的失范现象频频发生,针对新时期部分硕士研究生的学术道德失范行为,提高研究生培养水平,加强硕士研究生学术道德建设势在必行。本研究以学术生态为视角,梳理生态系统理论和教育生态系统理论,界定学术生态的概念及结构,并从学术主体、校内外学术环境和学术客体三个维度诠释了学术生态视域下硕士研究生学术道德建设的结构及意涵。运用问卷调查法和个案访谈法了解硕士研究生学术道德建设现状,挖掘结构间各构成要素的关系及相互作用,借助生态学理论,从硕士研究生学术德性培育、高校学术氛围营造和社会学术制度改进三个方面,提出了优化硕士研究生学术道德建设的针对性对策,从优化学术道德生态、净化学术文化生态和完善学术政治生态三个角度解决措施,以期为推动学术繁荣,建立良性循环的学术生态圈。
[Abstract]:Academic morality is the guarantee to maintain normal academic activities and promote the healthy development of academic undertakings. The postgraduates must follow the academic ethics when carrying out scientific research, which involves the image of academic circles and the good development of education. For a long time, as the academic subject, the graduate students in colleges and universities in our country, while learning and doing knowledge, also consciously abide by the academic morality. However, in recent years, various kinds of abnormal phenomena of violating academic morality have occurred frequently. In view of the abnormal academic moral behavior of some graduate students in the new period, the training level of postgraduates has been improved. It is imperative to strengthen the construction of academic morality for graduate students. From the perspective of academic ecology, this study combs the theory of ecosystem and educational ecosystem, defines the concept and structure of academic ecology, and defines the academic subject from the perspective of academic ecology. The three dimensions of academic environment and academic object in and out of school explain the structure and meaning of the construction of academic morality of postgraduates in the field of academic ecology. By using the method of questionnaire and case interview to understand the present situation of the construction of academic morality of postgraduates, to excavate the relationship and interaction among the elements of the structure, and to cultivate the academic morality of the postgraduates with the help of ecological theory. In this paper, the author puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the construction of academic morality for graduate students in order to optimize the ecology of academic morality, from three aspects: the construction of academic atmosphere and the improvement of social academic system. In order to promote academic prosperity and establish a virtuous circle of academic ecology, the measures should be taken from three angles: purifying academic culture ecology and perfecting academic political ecology.
