中美高校创新思维培养侧重方向的列举探究

【摘要】：中美高校教育创新思维培养的侧重点存在明显不同,中国高校重视对学生职业创新思维的培养,将应用思维创新作为核心培养方向;美国高校则更注重对学生的个性化培养方式,更为突出地强调人性化理念。通过对上述侧重点进行研究与列举,能够展现中美高校教育创新思维培养在培养模式、培养方向、培养理念方面的差异,这有助于中国高校教育创新思维培养与引导方向的不断拓展,从而与新时期高校教育职业化发展新要求保持相互适应。
[Abstract]:There are obvious differences in the emphasis of the cultivation of innovative thinking in education between Chinese and American universities. Chinese universities attach importance to the cultivation of students' vocational innovative thinking and take the application of thinking innovation as the core training direction. American colleges and universities pay more attention to the individualized cultivation of students and the humanization idea. Through the research and enumeration of the above emphasis, it can show the differences in training mode, direction and concept of education innovation thinking in Chinese and American colleges and universities. This will be helpful to the continuous expansion of the direction of the cultivation and guidance of the innovative thinking of higher education in China, and thus to the new requirements of the development of education professionalization in the new era.
