设计人才培养的创新生态系统探索与构建

【摘要】：本文通过对设计人才培养创新生态系统建构的可行性进行分析,围绕创新生态系统的资源配置与运营模式进行了探索性论证。自循环生态系统的尝试性建立,使教学原则、教学方式、组织形式等也将为之转变更新,学校、教师、学生作为其中的核心要素将与系统良性运转一同演化。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the feasibility of constructing innovative ecosystem for talents training, this paper discusses the resource allocation and operation mode of innovative ecosystem. The tentative establishment of the self-circulating ecosystem will change the teaching principles, teaching methods and organizational forms. Schools, teachers and students as the core elements of the system will evolve together with the benign operation of the system.
