发展型学业辅导模式构建及其实施——基于生涯适应力理论

【摘要】：新建本科院校发展型学业辅导模式是以Savickas的生涯适应力理论为视角,包括构建大学生新生适应辅导、学业规划辅导、职业创新辅导、生涯发展辅导四位一体的可持续发展辅导模式。当前,应通过修正新建本科院校发展型学业辅导工作理念、精心设计发展型学业辅导框架、合理保障发展型学业辅导制度的策略,提高大学生的学业辅导效果,提升大学生的生涯适应力。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of Savickas's theory of career adaptability, the developmental model of academic guidance in newly established undergraduate colleges includes the construction of orientation guidance for freshmen, academic planning guidance, and career innovation guidance. Career development guidance four-in-one sustainable development counseling model. At present, we should revise the concept of developmental academic guidance in new undergraduate colleges, carefully design the framework of developmental academic guidance, and reasonably guarantee the strategy of developmental academic guidance system, so as to improve the effect of academic guidance for college students. Improve the career adaptability of college students.
