一流大学建设视角下本科教学问题的思考

【摘要】：在一流大学建设的进程中,一流本科应是一流大学建设的核心内容和价值追求。打造一流本科教育,应该从大学职能、组织架构、人才培养模式、课程等层面进行全方位的改革。在大学职能层面,必须解决好教学中心地位的问题,实现教学与科研的有机统一。在组织架构层面,应以服务师生为核心重构服务和管理体系。在人才培养模式层面,应以激发兴趣、自主发展为方向,设置多元化、可选择、展个性、重创新的人才培养方案。在课程层面,应回归问题原点,回应教什么、怎么教等根本性问题,开展课堂教学革命,推进研究性教学。
[Abstract]:In the process of the construction of the first-class university, the first-class undergraduate should be the core content and value pursuit of the construction of the first-class university. To build a first-class undergraduate education, we should carry out all-round reform from the aspects of university function, organizational structure, talent training model, curriculum and so on. At the level of university function, we must solve the problem of teaching center and realize the organic unity of teaching and research. At the level of organizational structure, service teachers and students should be the core to reconstruct the service and management system. At the level of talent training mode, we should take stimulating interest and self-development as the direction, and set up a diversified, optional, individualized and innovative talent training plan. At the curriculum level, we should return to the origin of the problem, respond to the fundamental problems such as what to teach and how to teach, carry out the classroom teaching revolution and promote the research-oriented teaching.
