【摘要】：改革开放以来,黑龙江高等教育快速发展,取得了一系列辉煌成就。基于当前国家“深化教育领域综合改革”和黑龙江省建设“高教强省”的双重背景,论文试图通过真实客观地回顾黑龙江高等教育改革发展脉络和重大改革举措,总结改革发展过程中的成就与不足,概括其发展特点,总结其经验教训,为今天进一步探索黑龙江高等教育发展提供参考与借鉴,为当前不断发展着的黑龙江高等教育事业提出合理建议,深化黑龙江高等教育综合改革,推动黑龙江高教强省建设,进而提高教育质量,并且为条件相似的其他省份和地区的高教发展提供参考意义。论文分为绪论、正文、结语三部分,绪论包括研究目的和意义、研究思路和方法、研究时限和研究范围及相关概念的界定。正文部分共四章,第一章全面回顾改革开放以来黑龙江高等教育的发展进程;第二章洞悉改革开放以来黑龙江高等教育的重大改革举措;第三章探析改革开放以来黑龙江高等教育改革重大举措与发展成效,揭示存在的不足,总结概括黑龙江高等教育改革与发展的特点;第四章审视黑龙江高等教育改革与发展趋向,提出新时期黑龙江高教继续全面深化改革的相关建议和策略。结语部分总结论文研究内容。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Heilongjiang higher education has developed rapidly and made a series of brilliant achievements. Based on the dual background of "deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education" and "building a strong province with higher education" in Heilongjiang Province, the paper attempts to review the development context and major reform measures of higher education reform in Heilongjiang Province through a real and objective review. Summing up the achievements and shortcomings in the course of reform and development, summarizing its development characteristics, summing up its experience and lessons, providing reference and reference for further exploring the development of higher education in Heilongjiang Province today. To put forward reasonable suggestions for the ongoing development of higher education in Heilongjiang, to deepen the comprehensive reform of higher education in Heilongjiang, to promote the construction of a strong province with higher education in Heilongjiang, and thus to improve the quality of education. It also provides reference for the development of higher education in other provinces and regions with similar conditions. The paper is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction includes the purpose and significance of the research, the research ideas and methods, the research time limit, the scope of the research and the definition of related concepts. The first chapter comprehensively reviews the development process of higher education in Heilongjiang since the reform and opening up, the second chapter gives insight into the major reform measures of higher education in Heilongjiang since the reform and opening up. The third chapter analyzes the major measures and development results of Heilongjiang higher education reform since the reform and opening up, reveals the shortcomings, and summarizes the characteristics of Heilongjiang higher education reform and development. Chapter four examines the reform and development trend of higher education in Heilongjiang, and puts forward some suggestions and strategies for further deepening the reform of higher education in Heilongjiang in the new period. The conclusion part summarizes the research content of the thesis.
