高校教育管理创新举措探讨

【摘要】：随着社会经济水平的提高和科学技术的发展,国家对人才的需求越来越大,各大高等院校肩负着培养高素质人才、培育国家栋梁的重任,高等院校的传统教育管理已经不能适应社会需要,改革创新已成必然。文章阐述了现阶段高校教育管理的状况,分析了传统高校教育管理制度的优劣势,从高校自身转变传统观念、注重学生需求、转变政府职能、提高高校创新管理能力等方面探讨了现代社会中,政府及高校为培养创新型高素质人才应做的努力,以实现高校更科学的管理。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the social and economic level and the development of science and technology, the demand for talents is becoming more and more great. The major colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility of cultivating high-quality talents and cultivating the pillars of the country. The traditional education management of colleges and universities can not meet the needs of the society, and the reform has become a necessity. The status of management is analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional university education management system are analyzed. From the aspects of changing the traditional concept, paying attention to the needs of the students, changing the functions of the government and improving the innovative management ability of the University, the efforts of the government and universities to cultivate innovative high quality talents are discussed in order to realize the more scientific management of the University.
