茶道文化传统与高校管理的提升

【摘要】：高校管理是当前时代发展过程中整个教育机制给与我们的全新命题,在该管理活动中,其不仅是教学内容的融合,更重要的是基于学生自身基础特点所作出的具体管理思维。而整个管理优化提升,不仅仅是方法上的完善,其更重要的使用合理的文化元素。本文立足于当前高校管理活动中的欠缺,通过融入高校管理活动实施的新要求,结合茶道文化传统的具体内涵理念,从而探究融入茶道文化传统实施高校管理提升的具体思路。
[Abstract]:The management of colleges and universities is a new proposition given to us by the whole educational mechanism in the course of the development of the present era. In this management activity, it is not only the fusion of teaching contents, but also the concrete management thinking based on the students' own basic characteristics. And the whole management optimization promotion, is not only the method consummation, it is more important to use the reasonable cultural element. This paper is based on the deficiency of the current management activities in colleges and universities. By incorporating the new requirements of the implementation of the management activities in colleges and universities and combining with the concrete connotation of the tea ceremony culture tradition, this paper explores the concrete ideas of integrating the tea ceremony culture tradition to carry out the promotion of university management.
