旅游管理专业学生智慧学习行为影响因素评价探究

【摘要】:伴随着智慧时代的到来,智慧学习越来越受到社会各界的重视。加之,智慧旅游正处于飞速发展的时期,旅游业对旅游管理专业学生的能力要求也在发生着巨大的变化。目前,智能科技发展迅猛,旅游管理专业的学生在学习过程的各个环节已经开始凸显了智慧性,已经能够通过智慧学习的方式主动开展学习活动,因此,对于旅游管理专业学生智慧学习行为的相关研究显得尤为重要。本文通过对大量书籍文献、理论知识的梳理,尝试构建旅游管理专业学生智慧学习行为影响因素的评价指标体系,旨在寻找真正对旅游管理专业学生智慧学习行为产生影响的指标因子,通过其权重的分布定位关键性影响因素、筛除不重要影响因素,为将来旅游管理专业学生更高效的开展智慧学习提供相关依据。本文从研究的背景和意义出发,阐述了研究的必要性,通过梳理国内外关于智慧学习、智慧学习环境以及学习行为的相关文献为后文的研究做铺垫。对智慧学习行为影响因素的研究是以班杜拉交互式学习理论、理性行为理论以及行为科学理论为基础展开的,对其进行深入的研究能够为本文提供重要的启示。本文通过访谈法对旅游管理专业学生智慧学习相关情况进行了访谈,并对访谈结果进行整理归纳,得出了个体特征、态度特征、动机规范、技术支撑、资源配置以及氛围营造这一系列智慧学习行为的影响因素,并尝试构建了旅游管理专业智慧学习行为影响因素评价指标体系。本文在初步构建指标体系的基础上,通过问卷调查、层次分析与模糊综合评价相结合的方法确立了相应指标的有效性,最终得到了旅游管理专业学生智慧学习行为影响因素评价指标体系。通过对体系内指标权重排布进行分析,可以实现对现阶段旅游管理专业学生智慧学习行为影响因素各指标层的发展水平的测评、筛选与分析,本文依据影响因子贡献的大小剔除了文化特征、自控能力以及智慧学习资源内容三个三级指标。最终,本文依据对测评结果的分析,对指标体系内各影响因子的建设提出了相应的对策建议,主要包括提高对智慧学习的认知、提高对智能技术的掌握水平以及加强对学生自主学习能力的培养等。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the wisdom age, wisdom learning has been paid more and more attention by all walks of life. In addition, the intelligent tourism is in the rapid development period, the tourism to the tourism management specialized student's ability request also is taking place the huge change. At present, with the rapid development of intelligent science and technology, students majoring in tourism management have already begun to highlight their wisdom in all aspects of the learning process, and have been able to actively carry out learning activities through the way of intelligent learning. It is particularly important to study the intellectual learning behavior of tourism management students. By combing a lot of books and literature and theoretical knowledge, this paper tries to construct the evaluation index system of influencing factors of intellectual learning behavior of students majoring in tourism management. The purpose of this paper is to find out the index factors that affect the intellectual learning behavior of the students majoring in tourism management, to identify the key factors through the distribution of their weights, and to screen out the unimportant influencing factors. For the future tourism management students to develop more efficient wisdom learning to provide the relevant basis. Based on the background and significance of the research, this paper expounds the necessity of the research, and paves the way for the later studies by combing the relevant literature on intelligence learning, intelligent learning environment and learning behavior at home and abroad. The research on the influencing factors of intelligent learning behavior is based on Bandura's interactive learning theory, rational behavior theory and behavioral science theory. In this paper, the author interviews the intelligence learning of tourism management students through interviews, and summarizes the results of the interviews, and concludes the individual characteristics, attitude characteristics, motivation norms, technical support. This paper tries to construct the evaluation index system of the influencing factors of intelligent learning behavior in tourism management major. On the basis of the preliminary construction of the index system, this paper establishes the validity of the corresponding index by the methods of questionnaire, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the evaluation index system of influencing factors of intellectual learning behavior of students majoring in tourism management is obtained. By analyzing the distribution of index weights in the system, we can evaluate, screen and analyze the development level of the influencing factors of intellectual learning behavior of tourism management students at the present stage. According to the contribution of the influence factors, this paper has eliminated the cultural characteristics, the ability of self-control and the content of intelligent learning resources. Finally, based on the analysis of the evaluation results, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the influencing factors in the index system, mainly including improving the cognition of intelligence learning. Improve the level of mastery of intelligent technology and strengthen the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability.
