基于立德树人的大学生思想政治教育生态系统优化研究

【摘要】:从2012年11月十八大的召开到2016年12月全国高校思想政治工作会议的召开,作为思想政治教育中心环节、根本任务的立德树人,倍受党和国家的青睐,一直被强化着。然而,“贴近度不够、影响力不佳、操作度不力”等问题依然频现,这一度使思想政治教育成为关注焦点和研究热点。本文以大学生为研究对象,以立德树人为研究方向,以思想政治教育生态系统为研究基准,研究系统的优化问题。其正文由四部分构成:第一部分主要是在明确立德树人与思想政治教育关系的基础上,阐述系统的概念。本体理解,认为它是思想政治教育所依赖的主体、客体、介体、环境相互关联、有机配合,形成平衡、动态、持续的生命状态的系统。方法理解,认为它是运用生态学的认识、思维方式所形成的方法集合,整体、动态地把握思想政治教育,为大学生提供方式及策略选择的系统。价值理解,认为它是在思想政治教育理论和实践过程中内在地蕴含着人、自然和社会之间一切生存状态全面协调发展价值的系统。第二部分主要是在把握生态现状的基础上,剖析失衡原因。基于立德树人的大学生思想政治教育生态系统取得了一定现有成就,也出现了过程与环境断层、本系统与外系统相对失联的现象。本文认为基本矛盾的存在及“生态分析范式”理论自觉的相对滞后是导致生态失衡的“罪魁祸首”。第三部分主要是从根本目标、发展理念、运转原则方面对系统进行认知优化。本文认为要坚守立德树人根本目标,要把科学持续发展、立体开放育人、与时同频共振的发展理念贯穿于该系统之中,还要确立“不变质”、“不作秀”、“不孤立”运转原则,从而在认知方面优化该系统。第四部分主要是从关系形成、环境塑造、介体完善方面对系统进行路径优化。本文认为要“双轮”驱动形成和谐的生态主客体关系,要强化交往环境、网络环境、家校社育人环境共同体的塑造,还要推进“接地气”的教育内容、“增底气”的教育载体、“灌生气”的教育方式的完善,从而在路径方面优化该系统。
[Abstract]:From the 18th National Congress of National Congress in November 2012 to the National Conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities in December 2016, as the central link of ideological and political education, the fundamental task of building up people by virtue is favored by the Party and the country, and has been strengthened all the time. However, the problems of "close degree is not enough, influence is not good, and operation is weak" still appear frequently, which once made ideological and political education become the focus of attention and research hotspot. This paper takes the university students as the research object, the Li de Shuren as the research direction, the ideological and political education ecosystem as the research benchmark, studies the optimization problem of the system. The text is composed of four parts: the first part mainly expounds the concept of system on the basis of clarifying the relationship between moral education and ideological and political education. Noumenon understanding holds that ideological and political education depends on the subject, object, medium and environment, which are related to each other and organically cooperate to form a balanced, dynamic and sustainable system of life. Methods to understand and think that it is a collection of methods formed by ecological cognition and mode of thinking, as a whole, to grasp the ideological and political education dynamically, and to provide a system for college students to choose ways and strategies. In the process of ideological and political education theory and practice, it is thought that it is a system that contains all living conditions between man, nature and society in an all-round and coordinated way. The second part is to analyze the reasons of imbalance on the basis of grasping ecological status. The ecological system of ideological and political education of college students based on Li de Shu Ren has made some achievements, but also the process and environment fault, the phenomenon that the system is relatively lost with the external system. The author thinks that the existence of the basic contradiction and the relative lag of the theory of "ecological analysis paradigm" are the chief culprits leading to the ecological imbalance. The third part is the cognitive optimization of the system from the aspects of basic goal, development idea and operation principle. In this paper, we believe that we should stick to the fundamental goal of Li de, keep the development of science, open education, resonance with time and frequency throughout the system, and establish "no deterioration" and "no show". The principle of "not isolated" operates to optimize the system in cognitive terms. The fourth part is the path optimization of the system from the aspects of relationship formation, environment shaping and medium perfection. This paper holds that to form a harmonious relationship between subject and object of ecology, to form a harmonious relationship between subject and object, to strengthen the creation of communication environment, network environment, home, school and social education environment community, to promote the education content of "approachability", and to promote the educational carrier of "strengthening the spirit". Improve the way of education, thereby optimizing the system in path.
