日本大学通识教育与专业教育的融合:发展历程、特征与保障研究

【摘要】:通识教育向来是本科教学中的重要内容,然而,不少的高校在面对通识教育与专业教育二者的关系时,却出现了问题,或者存在不合理之处。论文坚持着通识教育与专业教育融合的观念,向我国的邻国借鉴经验,以期达到进步,或者更好的批判性的思考的目标。论文的开始叙述了论文的缘起、界定性概念、文献综述等重要内容,还对论文如何进行研究进行了设计,总结出了日本大学通识教育与专业教育融合在人才培养目标、师资体现以及课程体现方面的现行方案与理念,为之后的论文写作进行了铺垫。第一章着重于日本大学通识教育与专业教育融合的历史发展,了解其融合的背景和发展历程。日本大学的通识教育与专业教育融合主要经历了三个阶段:通识教育与专业教育融合的萌芽阶段,通识教育与专业教育纷争的混沌阶段,通识教育与专业教育的进一步发展阶段。整个过程中日本政府、学校、院系通力合作,相互支持,共同发展。第二章通过大量的中外文献查找、阅读和理解,从中归纳出日本大学通识教育与专业教育融合的突出特征:“专业”与“通识”并重的大学专业人才培养目标,“双轨制”的通识教育教师与专业教育教师培养模式,灵活系统的通识教育课程体系等。第三章,文章重点从日本的政府、大学和院系三个层面论述通识教育与专业教育融合的保障措施。政府出台了《大学设置基准》《21世纪的大学和今后的改革方策》等政策,要求重视通识教育、确保通识教育与专业教育的融合;大学从行动方针、通识教育教师培养制度等方面保障大学通识教育与专业教育的融合;学院层面主要从课程体系的建立等方面加以保证。第四章则是根据日本大学通识教育与专业教育融合的经验,结合我国的北京大学、复旦大学、上海交通大学、湖北大学的现行做法,提出了本土化的思考,以及相关的启示。本论文在写作之后,得出了一些有助于当前我国院校实施的“通识教育”的建议,决心改变,博采他人之所长,必定能够让通识教育“发出耀眼的光芒”!
[Abstract]:General education has always been an important part of undergraduate teaching, however, many colleges and universities in the face of the relationship between general education and professional education, there are problems, or there are unreasonable places. The paper adheres to the concept of integration of general education and professional education and draws lessons from our neighboring countries in order to achieve the goal of progress or better critical thinking. The beginning of the paper describes the origin of the paper, the concept of definition, literature review and other important content, and how to design the paper, summed up the integration of general education and professional education in Japanese universities in the goal of talent training. The current plans and ideas of teachers and curriculum embodiment pave the way for the later writing of the thesis. The first chapter focuses on the historical development of the integration of general education and professional education in Japanese universities. The integration of general education and professional education in Japanese universities has experienced three stages: the budding stage of integration of general education and professional education, the chaotic stage of disputes between general education and professional education. The further development of general education and professional education. The whole process of the Japanese government, schools, colleges and departments of cooperation, mutual support, common development. The second chapter through a large number of Chinese and foreign literature search, reading and understanding, from which summed up the Japanese university general education and professional education integration of prominent characteristics: "major" and "general knowledge" equal emphasis on university professional talent training goals. The "double track" general education teachers and professional education teachers training mode, flexible and systematic general education curriculum system. In the third chapter, the paper discusses the guarantee measures of the integration of general education and professional education from three aspects of Japanese government, universities and faculties. The government has issued policies such as "the Standards for setting up Universities," Universities in the 21st Century, and future reform policies, "and other policies that require attention to general education, ensuring the integration of general education and professional education, and that universities follow the course of action. The system of teacher training in general education ensures the integration of general education and professional education, and the establishment of curriculum system at college level. The fourth chapter is based on the experience of the integration of general education and professional education in Japanese universities, combined with the current practice of Peking University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Hubei University. After writing, this paper draws some suggestions which are helpful to the implementation of "general education" in our country's colleges and universities. We are determined to change and take advantage of other people's talents, which will certainly make general education "shine brightly"!
